The process was smooth and easy
The service carts they have on the facility will make you Deaf with the amount of noise those wheels make when pushing it im the facility

I've only interacted with the front desk and haven't moved in yet, but Susan was so great I had to leave a 5-star review. She was so amazingly helpful and nice, plus funny to boot. I had the best experience with Susan! She was able to resolve my issue of being able to complete my reservation. She was the sweetest and made sure that I got my storage unit before I left. Shes the sweetest! Recommend 100%

We just opened a storage unit here and I’ve been coming here for a couple of years to manage a friend’s. No complaints at all. If you need customer service, try to go on a day that Susan is working! She is a gem. She’ll get to sorted and make your day. A+ customer service from her 🙂
