I signed up for the promotional plan for $1 for the 1st month. I was charged $13 for 3 days because I signed up on like the 29th instead of the 1st. I would have went with a different company. Then on move in day I got dropped off right before 9 unaware of the fact they closed at 9 so my things were stuck outside all night because they couldn’t bypass the lockdown for one night.

Paris is very patient and helped me with the ERENTEL I love the way she showed me all the units and answer all the questions show me all things I need to know about public storage. Public Storage representative, Paris at the River Street, Hyde Park, MA office is very professional. I appreciate that she knows her customers and care. She called the family when my mother's unit was in jeopardy. Paris had my mother's best interest. This is the type of personalize attention more businesses need these days. I highly recommend this storage facility.
