Saturday 2.24.24 time: 10:45 - 12:30 She was so kind and a pro. There is always a huge wait time at Quest but is not the fault of the techs.

Yes, this lab is only for Fenway Health patients. I have used this location for many years and the team is always great. I know there might be a wait, so I plan accordingly. When I go over to Fenway, it's usually for multiple things so I just incorporate lab work into what I'm already doing. Besides, if it's a long wait, there's a Target right across the street!

Quest shouldn't list this. Only Fenway Health patients can use this lab.

Their hours on Google are different from what is posted on their door and they do not state on their website that they only accept lab work for patients whose doctors are in the same building. They wasted my time twice. And yes, it is on them.

DO NOT WAIT FOR A TEXT MESSAGEI checked in and opted to wait outside and be notified by text due to the 90+ minute wait. I waited for almost 2 hours, received no text, and when I returned my name had been taken off the waiting list. The team is great and facilities are fine, but I lost almost 2 hours of my time.

Waited 45 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me to be told don't service patients outside their group. You think they would post a sign or have a person at the desk so people don't waste their time since they take so long with a small wait list.

The online info clearly states "Walk in Only Boston Fenway" and upon arriving you will be turned away unless you are Fenway Health customer. I've been going to this location for years and suddenly I'm no longer welcome. Very frustrated as this is not clearly posted anywhere

Staff is rude in Quest Diagnostics at 1180 Beacon St, Ste 3A, Brookline, MA. They don’t write any reminders in messages that mask is still required, yet nurse rudely say to search for one or no service. Horrible.

Holy cow...these companies are becoming increasingly powerful and increasingly disrespectful to people. The online info clearly states "Walk in Only Boston Fenway" and upon arriving you will be turned away unless you are Fenway Health customer. What kind of kickbacks does Quest receive at the location to tell the other clients to leave without any tests. First they monopolized the market in Boston - now they create the rules out of the blue. Clearly shady things are going on behind the doors. We are in Boston but receiving a treatment like these people are godsent and we are lucky they even talk to us. I would say never go to Quest - but do we have any other choice here? We need a competing company to treat the Quest market hijack, otherwise this will only get worse.

Frustrating to come here to get blood drawn for an emergency hypertension situation - only to find out they are not open to the public at this time. Now I have to wait until Monday. It's insane that such a facility is open only during limited hours in the first place.... And doesn't update info online for the public.Don't pay attention to any of these so "called responses" to complaints on this page. It's all for show!

Super frustrating because the Quest Diagnostics apps and website stated this is a walk in only which is perfect with my schedule and after you spend an hour getting there they tell you they’re ONLY doing walk ins for Fenway Health patients. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOURE TRYING TO WALK IN AND ARE NOT A PATIENT.

Had a young asian woman who couldn't find my vein and literally turned the needle while it was in my arm and proceeded to stab me multiple times (pretty sure this is not how you find the vein, you need to take the needle out and then reinsert). Then she yelled at me for not drinking enough water but when she went into my other arm the blood squirted into the vile... these people need to be retrained on how to take blood and how to have good manners.

Felt the need to review since some of the prior reviews almost scared me off from going to this location. I went in around 5pm thinking it would be busy after work. I was greeted kindly and got in within 60 seconds. The lady who took my blood was kind and efficient. I would go back to this location and recommend to others.

I was initially hesitant due to the all of the negative reviews but I had a great experience with a Saturday morning blood draw here. There were a lot of people already waiting when I arrived but the line moved quickly. Convenient , quick and easy.
