Nurse Nancy was great, she got me in right away at my appointment time at 12:40 p.m., got me through the test in 10 minutes and the paperwork in another 5 minutes and sent me on my way. Very friendly and professional.

I read the reviews and came expecting to wait a long time but they got me, a walk in, done pretty fast. Negative reviewers probably just came on a busy day

Been waiting a whole week for my test results and was told it would be back in 2 days! Tried to call and everything is AUTOMATED!!!!! PLEASE BRING BACK REAL PEOPLE ON THE PHONE

Terrible experience. Waited for an hour and a half and was told the wait would be at least another hour. The wait list on the tv showed me as next in line for an hour, yet the woman at the desk continued to call other names before mine. When I questioned her, she said that she was "just going off her list"

Worst location or staff ever literally waited for two hours and more and I still haven’t been seen. The nurse or who ever is the the clock is slow moving takes about 6 minutes seating 6 processing and about 20 minutes just thinking about what to do terrible

Came in as a walk-in without appointment. Staff were polite and friendly. My Dr.’s office in fact screwed up and didn’t send the order, they were patient with me calling and getting the order sent in. And once they got it, went out of the way to accommodate me quickly, not to mention the blood draw went without a hitch!

I came in with an appointment and I was seen right at the appointment time. The waiting room had several standby customers, so I’d recommend scheduling an appointment if possible. Nancy was so kind and walked me through the ordered procedures (BP, blood draw) and we had a nice conversation about Thanksgiving plans. I felt very taken care of. Thank you Nancy!

Messy, dirty and long wait

Knowing I can be a hard stick, I tried to call ahead before scheduling labs to find a location where the phlebotomist might be more experienced. As I was unable to reach any location (all the listed phone numbers just send you through an automated message tree), I called the general customer service number. I was directed to schedule at Longwood as they had more appointments per time slot suggesting multiple phlebotomists. This was not the case - there was only one person working and it appeared to just be overbooked. After a long wait (even with scheduling in advance), I was brought back to find that they don’t have a reclining chair, and after three attempts, the phlebotomist was unable to draw blood. She directed me to another location, which I had to walk a mile to and wait again. I have never been to a Quest lab with more than one person working in it which is not just a frustration for patients but a legitimate safety risk, and Quest’s monopoly in Boston should be illegal. I’d rather never get labs again than have to go to Quest.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The wait was quoted 30 my, lasted for three hours. There seems to be only one person on staff actually working and anyone else doesn't take patients. For some reason it took hours to get through 5 patients that are just here for a quick thing. Absolutely ridiculous. Go to another location.

Place is not hygienic or organized
at all. I made an appointment and arrived 10 min early and checked in. Waited for 40 min and they didn't have me under the correct name. After that, I asked how long I had to wait and the lady said "I don't know, I call you when I get to you" and she complained she was double booked for every appointment. I left the place and didn't get my test done A complete disaster and from what I saw people can even get diseases for how dirty that place is. I went to another quest lab a few years ago and I had a totally different experience.
