I had a negative experience talking to a nurse at 1180Beacon . My English is not that good and i've just asked my nurse once again about instructions to do preemployment tests. She yelled at me and it was really frustrating :(( I just thought that probably she had a bad day or something else ,so I went without saying anything. but that was little disappointing .

Go to the Beacon St location.Made an appointment for 2:50 today at the Longwood Ave location and got all the way to the office only to see a handwritten sign saying they were closed for the day. I just received a call at 4:15 letting me know the center is closed and they need to cancel, not reschedule. It’s a good thing Beacon St was in reasonable walking distance or I would have missed out on a job.

I said I needed to go get my government ID and it would only take a few minutes, then when I got my ID I told the front desk lady and she said “okay just wait” and then proceeded to have me wait another hour and I then asked why I wasn’t next, and THEY CROSSED MY NAME OFF THE LIST??? Why did they not just tell me to re-enter the line? They made me waste time just because they forgot about me… ?

I went for a scheduled blood draw. They took me in promptly, were professional and kind, and I was out the door in 10 minutes. The waiting room was fine in my opinion. Overall a very reasonable experience.

It’s disgusting that Quest only had one person working the desk and all services. She was so busy she didn’t take a lunch break, and this is because Quest doesn’t staff properly. Hire more and staff better.

Not sure why this gets so much negativity. My experience was seamless and both women working were lovely, helpful and patient.

They say they take walk ins however they have no capacity to actually see their walk ins leaving people waiting for >3 hours. It’s small, only a couple seats and the staff is not helpful or friendly. If able book through testology in Brookline.

I made an appointment for an employer mandated drug test, received a confirmation email that morning, and checked in. I waited until it was time for my appointment and someone came out and asked why I was there. I said a drug test. She said “no the machine is broken. You can come back another time or go somewhere else.” She didn’t even ask what kind of drug test I needed. It would have been helpful if I received a call, text or email asking me to reschedule before I used 1.5 hours of my day commuting and parking in an expensive parking garage, instead of waiting until my appointment to tell me.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. The place smells bad and the staff was extremely rude. I made an appointment and checked in following the Kiosk instructions and then I was asked why I didn’t check in. I needed a blood test done for school and they sent me away claiming I needed an order from a doctor. Called multiple other lab sites after leaving and found out I don’t need an order from a doctor to get this simple blood test done. The least this place could’ve done was treat me with respect and they couldn’t even manage doing that. Don’t waste your time going here.

Worst lab ever been to. There's absolutely no customer service, in fact it feels like the person taking samples just hates it there. Only 4 chairs to wait and it gets too hot. It let's you sign in to a stanby list that doesn't move and even when she has time There's absolutely no effort to move the line.

the waiting room was cramped and hot. small and didn’t seem clean. i had an appointment at 1:30 and it took forever to get seen for my blood draw.

I had an appointment here this morning, and I was seen in a timely manner! It's a pretty small location, but it looked clean and the staff were very nice. I'll be happy to come back next time I need labs done.When you enter the building, there is a door on the left and it's labeled with the green Quest logo, so it isn't difficult to find your way here.
