For those who are sent straight by the Doctors office are considered here as Walk-in. System gives you no time frame after signing in, and you can spend hours waiting. This sytem is terrible, and nurse on duty 02/06/2024 4pm-5pm was rude. I would like to know how this complian was addressed.

I went there to get some tests done for my annual physical and the person who helped me was super rough throughout the whole process, I guess because she wanted to finish as fast as possible. It left a giant bruise that’s been here for 4 days now.

This Quest Diagnostics is completely impossible to find. It’s mind boggling that they torture people this way. Every map app sends you somewhere different. There’s another Quest Dignostics only 100 feet away that everyone goes to my mistake. Even though there are many buildings and parking lots, there are no signs at all anywhere for the Quest. Mind boggling that they would do this to hospital patients who need to have their blood drawn

Quick, painless experience. I arrived a few minutes late to a scheduled appointment, checked in, and was seen less than five minutes later. The technician was friendly and helpful. I am a sissy when it comes to needles but she stuck me very well with minimal discomfort and got through the myriad samples my provider requested very quickly. Overall I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Location is convenient: if you park in the lot in the eastern side of the building and enter the side door at the top of the stairs the lab is just inside the door. The waiting room is small but there are 5-6 seats and the place is tidy and clean.

This location is GREAT. Super easy. Visitor parking is plentiful and right when you drive into the Brighton Marine community. I made an appointment for 12:10, arrived at 12:12, the virtual check-in was east. I was taken into the room at 12:15 and had a wonderful technician who put me at ease. It’s now 12:25 and I’m in my car headed home. Super quick, clean, and easy facility and process.

I was sitting there for 20 minutes and the dumbass working there came out 5 minutes to closed saying he can't help me because he didn't know I was there despite him looking me in the eye and telling me to wait. I guess they hire anybody.

What happen to this place? Used to be quick and easy. Labs ordered upstairs by my doc and have sat in the lab for 90 minutes and ignored by the one and only worker. The now “computer” check in wouldn’t let me sign in and said not allowing any appointments. They are open for 6 more hours? So I’m supposed to drive back here another day for labs when I live over hour away? To get 2 minute blood test? This is a joke.

I literally have never written a review, but this place was SO quick, clean, and pleasant. I missed my appointment by 15 min because of insane traffic - I just signed up as a walk in and was seen within 8 minutes. I would recommend it.

I have nothing but great things to say about this lab. Have been there multiple times and met with Luma and Elaine, both absolutely professional and very kind. I am scared of needles and there were times that they had to take many samples and just the thought of it makes me nervous. Both of them are so lovely and put me at ease, compared to other experiences of blood draw including in hospitals, this was quick, painless and I was relaxed. That is why I have come back to this location multiple times. I am grateful to both of them. Elaine also gave me some great advice on choosing a primary care doctor and I followed that to much success. Beyond grateful to have met such good people on my diagnostic and recovery journey. They are truly people-centric caring health professionals.

This place went from world class for over a decade, to no class. They used to do everything perfectly for years. I don't know why, but my last 2 visits to draw blood were a disaster. Last one was a 1 hour wait. For years it was 15 minutes max. Today was a 2 hour wait. What I can see is they went from 2 workers in office to one on at a time. Also they added online appointments. Now you are giving one worker 2 lines to go through and try to be fair. Everyone was complaining and some walked out. This is the wrong way to run a medical office. Upper management should be ashamed of yourselves. Look at my other reviews and you will see I dislike giving bad reviews. I prefer to praise good performance. I obviously have to find another option to draw blood for my tests next year. It is in same building as my Doctor so very convenient and the workers do a good job, but totally miserable excuse for management to put them in this situation.
