Very unfortunate that this store was trying to charge me $15 for a repair instead of honoring the brand’s quality guarantee. Citing that I purchased the product in December, and it had been “almost a year”, which is a made-up policy. Would stick to the seaport location where the staff are much more accommodating.

Meaghan and her team went above and beyond to make sure that I got the perfect pair of jeans for my 30th birthday. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever received and really made my buying experience so special. Thank you to everyone at Rag and Bone Boston who helped out!!

I’m mind blown with how rude one of the employees was at this location. I’ve never had someone speak to or treat me like she did, mind you unprovoked. I was browsing jeans and she came up to me visibly irritated and extremely unprofessional, apparently for picking up a pair I wanted to try on without asking her (even though I was never instructed to)? I’m still confused with what the problem was. I’ve never experienced something like this before and can tell you I wouldn’t speak to someone the way she did. We won’t be back.

I bought these shoes less than a year ago and they are completely falling apart and are non-wearable; Disappointed in Rag and Bone, especially considering the hefty price tag.

This was my first time in Boston, I am originally from DC. I've frequented the Georgetown store before, but the selection was not as good as this one. I walked in, and was greeted instantly by Ken. He walked me to the men's department and helped me find my perfect size, brought me different options, and helped me find pieces that matched my skin tone. I appreciate your help Ken, and next time I visit Boston I will drop by to pick up some more pieces. Thanks a bunch!

I love rag & bone... have nearly every t shirt, tank, sweatshirt and casual shirt... this store was great, Ken our sales associate was so helpful. He knew my style as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in... we left with great purchases and will definitely be back:)
