I’m mind blown with how rude one of the employees was at this location. I’ve never had someone speak to or treat me like she did, mind you unprovoked. I was browsing jeans and she came up to me visibly irritated and extremely unprofessional, apparently for picking up a pair I wanted to try on without asking her (even though I was never instructed to)? I’m still confused with what the problem was. I’ve never experienced something like this before and can tell you I wouldn’t speak to someone the way she did. We won’t be back.

I bought these shoes less than a year ago and they are completely falling apart and are non-wearable; Disappointed in Rag and Bone, especially considering the hefty price tag.

Very rude staff. Nobody greets you and everyone is on their phones. This should be reported to upper management

This was my first time in Boston, I am originally from DC. I've frequented the Georgetown store before, but the selection was not as good as this one. I walked in, and was greeted instantly by Ken. He walked me to the men's department and helped me find my perfect size, brought me different options, and helped me find pieces that matched my skin tone. I appreciate your help Ken, and next time I visit Boston I will drop by to pick up some more pieces. Thanks a bunch!

I love rag & bone... have nearly every t shirt, tank, sweatshirt and casual shirt... this store was great, Ken our sales associate was so helpful. He knew my style as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in... we left with great purchases and will definitely be back:)

Went here a few days ago and ended up spending way too much money! The staff are super helpful and will help you find something that is perfect. The clothes themselves are high quality with tons of attention paid to the details and the fit. The styles are understated but very luxurious. This is one of my favorite stores and I will be back once my bank account recovers. No, no, I'm not kidding, I spent WAAYYYYY too much money here. But it was worth it!

I needed an item delivered from Rag and Bone for an event that I was running late to after a flight delay. Rage and bone delivered the article directly to my doorman (1 mile away in back bay) within 2 hours. incredible customer service! - spm

I don't think I can say enough positive things about my first experience at Rag & Bone! The doorman was polite and cordial but nothing really beyond that so I expected this to be a somewhat stuffy store filled with slightly snobby staff. I was happily mistaken. With 30 seconds after I had started looking at clothes on the rack, an employee (Katelyn Roach) approached me and gave me a very warm welcome, asked if I had ever been to a Rag & Bone, and asked if I needed help with anything. I told her that I was hoping to try on some jeans but I wasn't going to buy any, at least not on this shopping trip. That didn't seem to bother her at all! She took me upstairs to the denim section and asked me a ton of questions about how I like my jeans to fit and what kind of washes I like. When she asked for my size, I told her and she said, "Absolutely not. I bet I can get you into a pair three sizes smaller than that". I thought she was out of her mind but sure enough, the first pair of jeans I tried on fit so nice and tight yet I could comfortably move in them...and they were 3 sizes smaller than the size I usually wear! I couldn't believe it. This was definitely a nice little self image boost :-) i tried a bunch of other jeans that she thought I would like & had me try them on with their top selling boot, the Newbury boot. She didn't even try to sell the boots to me but by the end of my shopping trip there, I wanted them very much because they looked amazing with the boot and they were insanly comfortable (not to mention that the combination of the slim fitting jeans and the boots made my legs look phenomenal haha). At this point, I had already pretty much made up my mind that there was no way I was walking out of that store without a pair of jeans in hand. Katelyn asked me a lot of questions about my personal life which I always appreciate but it wasn't in an intrusive way. At one point, she had to leave because she had to go over a few things with another staff member but she had another employee (Jessica Gushner) help me if I needed anything further. Jessica was great too and d me questions about my personal life as well. I had expressed a little concern about the longevity of the jeans because of how much I was about to spend on them and she assured me that they stand by the quality of their product and should anything happen to them, I can bring them in for an exchange or they will fix them for me. She also gave me tips for how to care for them so I can get the best use out of them for the longest period of time. I ended up settling on the first pair of jeans I tried on and when I was paying for them at the cash register, another employee made some very casual conversation with me, which only added to the enjoyment of my experience. I found out that Katelyn (the first employee who assisted me) was actually the assistant store manager, which impressed me because one would usually expect anyone in a mangerial position to act like they're above it all but that was not the case at all with her. I have never spent this much money on a single item of clothing but when I walked out of that store, I did not feel any regrets. I know it's too early to tell how long these jeans will actually last me but I feel very confident that they will last me a while. Jessica and Katelyn also invited me to stop in and say hi whenever I was in the area, which was very sweet and personable. Overall, VERY HAPPY WITH RAG & BONE :-)

I love this store! Some of the sales people are unhelpful and stand around just talking to each other but the one who helped me was fabulous and gave me advice on how to care for my shoes. I can only speak on behalf of the jeans and shoes. The jeans are perfectly dyed and make my shorty legs look nice and slender. The shoe craftsmanship is on par with the price point and extremely comfortable. So yes you will be paying a pretty penny but it might just become the pair you keep reaching for. Trust me, even if the rest of your outfit is reasonably priced, throw in one rag & bone piece and you will look like a million bucks! I know this because I'm a poor grad student and thrift basically everything else but my shoes and jeans :P

Ask for the Student discount if your a student (duh). Easily my favorite store/designer in Boston. Well made, durable, and not outrageously priced. Love it.
