This applies to all rainbow shops. None of the stores are accessible to people with disabilities, including the doors. Way too many racks of clothes, one can barely grab things without dropping something from one of the other racks. They don't have fitting rooms and to make things worse, you have 7 days to return items. You do get 30 days if you shop online. But then the cashiers have an attitude, it's almost like they don't like going through the trouble of checking prices etc.

I wish I could leave this store location zero stars because the employees are unprofessional, customers service sucks and they all have attitudes. Male employee arguing with a female customer who asked if the 25% sticker price applied for all boots since it was visible on the box.

Ghetto, disrespectful, customer service very horrible and unprofessional. They watch customers as if they are stealing instead of greating them as they enter. Refuse to do a proper price check even if the discount is on display. Will be reporting them to the BBB.

The store recently open the fitting room, there is not parking directly for the store but they plenty of space parking in Virginia street and down the street there is a public parking lot.A lot of clearence and many new merchandise.
