TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Does not honor the park/sleep/fly package so do not even bother! They will bring you to the airport but they leave you to find your own way back. Paid to park and get the shuttle to and from the airport. Tried for over an hour to call the shuttle service when we arrived back from vacation and they never answer the phone. Finally had to take an Uber and when we got back to my car, they left a HUGE tow sticker on my windshield despite the parking pass on the dash. Made a huge blind spot that is unsafe while driving and took a heat gun and other tools and time to get it removed from the windshield. What an awful way to get back after vacation. Do not waste your time or money at this place.

We stayed the night before our flight the door did not have a deadbolt lock on it.When we returned and called to get our shuttle back we were on hold for 35 minutes and when they finally picked up the phone they said that the shuttle driver went home. Leaving two 80-year-old women stranded. We took a taxi back to the hotel and because we did not get a receipt for the Taxi they would not reimburse us.Rooms: The room did not have a deadbolt lock, so we place the suitcases against the door

We stayed here the night before a flight and it was perfect and the right price. The front desk attendants were pleasant and the room was clean. Don't listen to these bad reviews! We even had hot water ?

I will start by saying the staff was doing thier best to be kind and friendly. The rooms on the other hand did not meet my expectations! The key wouldn't work and had to go to the front desk to have it activated. Finally I got into the 1st room and my sister noticed the shower was inoperative, the mixing valve was missing, yes I took pictures!! Go down to the front desk and we were switched to another room where again the mixing valve for the shower was missing in that shower as well, I honestly thought I was being punked!!! We were moved to the 3rd room and I have to say it was less than desirable. The furniture was stained and gross, the room smelled musty, the TV did not come in clear, the ceiling had a horrible patch job, there was mold/water damage on the floors outside the room and the toilet didn't work properly, barely flushed the toilet paper down. I had an early flight out the next morning otherwise I would have moved to another hotel!! I won't be staying at this hotel ever again and wouldn't recommend it!! I worried about my vehicle being parked here for the duration of my trip, I was thankful when I returned and found it still there and all in one piece!! Don't consider this place when looking for a hotel + parking in Boston!

Stayed one day with the dog. The hotel is not worth dollors. It was very old and looked like it needed repairs. The shower facilities were the worst. The water did not come out well. They said breakfast was provided for free. While eating breakfast with the dog, a woman who appeared to be the hotel manager told us to leave because the dog was barking. This is the worst service. Don't do that to your customers

My recent stay at Ramada in Boston was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I checked in until the early hours of the morning, my experience was plagued by a series of unfortunate events that left me deeply dissatisfied.Upon arrival, I was hopeful for a comfortable stay, but my optimism quickly faded when I discovered a complete lack of hot water in the middle of the night. Despite multiple assurances from the front desk staff that the issue would be promptly resolved, the problem persisted, with excuses ranging from a reset boiler to high demand at 3 AM.Attempts to escalate the matter through corporate channels proved fruitless, and interactions with the front desk staff only served to exacerbate my frustration. Their unprofessionalism and lack of empathy were apparent, culminating in a heated exchange and an abrupt hang-up during my attempt to file a complaint.To make matters worse, the compensation offered—a meager $20 discount on my reservation or a full refund contingent on my immediate departure—felt insulting given the circumstances.Despite my efforts to reach out to the general manager, Homer Borromeo, the assistant manager Caroline B, and the supervisor Selina G, none of them have responded.Ultimately, I was left with no choice but to abandon my stay and seek alternative accommodation in the middle of the night. The entire experience was deeply disappointing and has left a lasting negative impression of Ramada.In conclusion, I would strongly advise against staying at this establishment until they address their glaring deficiencies in customer service and amenities.

I’ll give y’all a summary of my experience. Parking was hard to find but not that bad. Got yelled at by security for parking in front of the entrance to check in even after being told I could. As soon as we stepped inside a fight broke out behind us between security and a guest over some petty stuff. Oh yeah the reviews that mention the cigarette smells aren’t wrong. It’s pretty noticeable. The rooms were ok. I’ve seen worse. Lastly, I’ll mention that the shuttle service is pretty lacking. They claim to run to jfk station every 30mins but we waited over an hour in the cold before they picked us up. And that’s only after calling 4 times.

Worst place ever! Don’t stay! Me and my kids were there for vacation and we got disrespected by the front desk when we got there. If I could I would give 0 stars for this Hotel, it was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in Boston!! Please don’t go!! The food was nasty, we got breakfast and half of the food was uncooked and the kitchen was really dirty????

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. Not only did the staff provide subpar service, but they also engaged in disturbing conversations about illegal activities, including kidnappings and involvement with minors.The lack of professionalism and decency among the staff was deeply unsettling. Instead of ensuring the safety and comfort of guests, they seemed more interested in discussing criminal activities and engaging in inappropriate behavior.Furthermore, the overall service was abysmal. Staff members were rude, unresponsive, and showed a complete disregard for guest satisfaction. It’s clear that this hotel fails to uphold even the most basic standards of hospitality.I strongly advise against staying at this hotel unless significant changes are made to address the staff’s behavior and improve the overall safety and quality of service. This was an experience I will not soon forget, for all the wrong reasons.

If I could give this hotel a zero stars I would but since I can’t I’ll settle for the one star. Let’s beginning with the nasty attitude that I received from the staff (Donnie and Caroline). Although it’s Dorchester the ghettoness isn’t needed at work or in a professional setting. These people must learn how to talk to customers. After the unsettling experience I went to my room where I was in utter disbelief at how dirty and unclean the room is. My toilet wouldn’t flush and the bathroom had black mold on the ceiling.Wouldn’t recommend the stay!!!

I feel so bad for not taking those bad reviews into consideration while booking this hotel. It feels like a tent.. I paid $100 per night! I just can't believe it!How come this is a Ramada!!Very dirty, the bed has hair on It ?The furniture is barely standing.. the smell of the room is just too disgusting. I had to go buy a candle and lighter to try to fix it. I changed three rooms, hoping for a better smell. The location is horrible. Please don't believe anyone who says it's an okay hotel. Because it's NOT. And if you decide to come for the price, be prepared and have very low expectations.Updates: The woman working on the reception is super rude. My husband had a very important work interview cis zoom, and the Internet kept lagging, I asked her if there's a better place to catch a better connection, she was like come to the lobby, I said there's people walking around it won't be convenient, so she was like I can't keep the business quiet for you! I really, really hope this hotel would either be shut down or renovated. We booked 3 nights but couldn't sleep and checked out the second day without any refunds, of course. Waste of money time and energy!
