Just walked in to find shoes for my toddler. There were no other customers, 3 employees were talking, all looked at me, said nothing, and then went back to talking amongst themselves. I found the kids shoes by myself, stood there for a few minutes, and then left. The 3 employees looked at me again and said nothing.

Visited on Thursday, July 10 (approximately 10am) I was an outlet store manager from 1995–1999, so I’ve always respected this brand and was PUMPED for this visit. After watching the Netflix special, I am hopeful for a Reebok return!
The store itself was beautifully merchandised and visually lived up to the brand. Unfortunately, the customer service did not. Three associates were clustered at the cash wrap chatting with one another while three different sets of customers browsed the store with no greeting or offer of assistance despite making eye contact and intentionally checking out merchandise.
For a premier store, I expected premier service. I hope the team can bring their service up to the level of the store’s presentation.

Good day. I am pleased to inform you that I have in my sports equipment - shoes of your Company, which I bought in the Warsaw sports shop Reebok'e around 1987, 1988. I needed them for occasional jogging, for many years. Now I also wear them occasionally. They have always suited me and I was happy to have them. I also have other clothing products of your Brand, all are fine. I sincerely congratulate you on the quality.

Me and my co worker went into this store today after passing by every day for work and we were greeted by Alexis can’t express how helpful and accommodating he was. Also we ended up grabbing some sneakers and found out that we get a discounted price for working in the Immediate area he checked the list and we were good to go. Long story short. We ended up buying more and we will be back soon. A1 service. 5 Stars for him and location!!!!!!!?? Ernie and Jimmy

Cameron (hope I am spelling this right!) was an absolute delight. He was extremely helpful, polite and helped me find the perfect shoe.
Everyone at the store was welcoming and made the shopping experience a great time! Their team work in helping all people in the store was also really nice to see. Will definitely be back!

My husband LOVES this store. He went out for his bachelor party and then when we went back a few months later the staff working remembered him and his group. They were so friendly, the selection is great, and they treat Crossfit affiliate staff very well! HIGHLY recommend!
