Very professional. While we were there they were busy so I would conclude that they know what they're doing. And they have parking! I think it was the owner who worked with us and he was very kind.

Gorgeous new building with a fantastic selection of the most amazing instruments. Chris has been so informative and upfront with his expansive knowledge of instruments. Everyone at the shop is wonderful, a real treasure for the violin business in Boston and beyond. Bravo!
