Had a great experience here! My buddy Stephen and I went in just to take a look around and ended up having a nice conversation with a young gentleman named John. John was extremely pleasant and personable, as he told us a bit about himself, the brand, and the watch displayed, even though we weren’t intending to buy anything. Beautiful store with great customer service.

I sat with Jeremy today at the boutique. What an experience. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His willingness to assist me even though I stated I wasn’t purchasing anything at that moment was hard to come by. He was welcoming and genuine. The boutique had an amazing vibe and both gents working were great. The piece I tried on was a work of art. A goal and a dream were put in place this afternoon. Thanks again.

This was my best experience in learning fine watch design all the way thru the financing and delivery options. The Boston store is marvelous and will do great business in the Greater Boston area. My salesperson Jeremy Blitzer is the guy to see! When we are ready we will definitely be purchasing from this store! Awesome experience!!!!
