Honestly one of the worst pharmacies. When the prescriptions come in you get an option on the website to fill them now but they almost never do. I show up 30 minutes from close after asking it to be filled on the app at 12 and these people get mad at me. Then if you want to call them to confirm they’re filling the scripts expect to wait on the line for half an hour.

Took 50min to get my flu shot, even though I made an appointment days earlier and there was barely any customers at the pharmacy. I wanted to take other vaccines as well, but it took them so long to look up my vaccination history and locate the actual vaccines that I had to forgo those. When I got shots at CVS in the past, it would have 10min max. Given the choice, I'd go with CVS.

I took my disposable camera here to get photos printed. Terrible service, they lost my camera and I never got the photos. I went back for MONTHS and nobody knew what they were doing, I eventually gave up. Listen to reviews, go anywhere else.

The male pharmacist should fine a new career. He’s extremely rude not only to customers but his tone towards other employees is unacceptable. He has not once filled my prescription without an issue. I’ve never had a problem with the women pharmacist.

THIS IS FOR THE PHARMACY ,ONE STAR BECAUSE I DINDT HAVE THE OPTION FOR ZERO STARS MY MOM WHEN THERE TO PICK UP A MEDICATION FOR COVID FOR HER SISTER AND THE LADY FROM THE PHARMACY SHE IS DARK SKIN AND HAD A HAIR BUN TREAT MY MOM REALLY BAD SHE WAS RUDE JUST BECAUSE SHE DOESNT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL, EVEN ME WHEN MOM PASSED HER THE PHONE FOR ME TO TALK TO HER HER I COULD UNDERSTAND THE WAY SHE WAS TALKING EVEN ME ON THE PHONE SHE TOLD TO MY MOM TO STEP ON THE SIDE AND SHE STARTED CALLING THE NEXT PERSON IN LINE … SHE DIDNT TOOK MY AUNTS INS CARS SHE JUST TOLD MY MOM THAT MY AUNT DIDNT HAVE INS SHE DIDNT TOOK THE TIME TO LOOK AT IT ON THE SYSTEM… BUT THE OTHER LADY WORKING THERE THE HISPANIC WOMEN HELP HER OUT SHE IS GREAT IF IT WASNT FOR HER SHE COULD HAD THE MED SHE TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK AND SHE WAS TREATING HER WITH LOVE AND PATIENCE,,,,,,,, IF THE OTHER RUDE LADY DOESNT LIKE TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS OR IF SHE IS DEALING WITH PERSONALS ISSUES TOLD HER TO LEAVE THEM AT HOME PEOPLE NEED THEIR MED AND THIS WAS AN EMERGENCY. I CAN IMAGINE HOW MANY PEOPLE PROBABLY ENDED UP AT THE HOSPITAL JUST BECAUSE SHE DOESNT WANT TO DO OR DOENST LIKE HER JOB.

The saddest pharmacy I've ever been to. Half the shelves are empty...the other half are under lock and key. It looks post-apocalyptic. It's a disgrace that the neighborhood has to use this as their pharmacy

I just wanna share an experience I had with a girl named Jackie. She was so pleasant and listen to what I had to say and took care of my needs. Speaking to management right now you don’t see a lot of that nowadays take a hard look at the people that work for you and the ones that do the right thing and actually care about their job again, Jackie thank you so much. Just making my experience with Walgreens in Dorchester good because I’ve had horrible ones with CVS.

On Thursday, I had a disappointing experience at Walgreens. Despite their posted business hours, the pharmacy remained closed at least 15 minutes after their lunch break. As a customer in need of medication, this left me in a difficult situation. Unfortunately, the store manager didn’t have their contact numbers, so there was no way to reach them. I had to leave due to my schedule, which was incredibly inconvenient. Consistency and reliability are crucial in healthcare services, and it’s disappointing when pharmacies don’t meet these expectations. I hope Walgreens takes steps to ensure they are open during their stated hours to better serve their customers.
