I attempted to pick up a prescription today and the person I encountered at the pharmacy was incredibly rude. Zero eye contact and was insistent they could not find my prescription. After much back-and-forth arguing, they found it listed under my first name. No apologies or anything. Humiliating and upsetting experience. There is NO reason for her to have been this unkind and unhelpful.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any Walgreens location. The clerk at the front of the store was sitting down, looking at his phone, and did not exchange a single word during my transaction. Even after I said hello.

Love these guys! The best the store has run since opening!! The manager is awesome. The pharmacy is great. The weekday store associates are my favorite.

Would give zero or negative stars if possible. I had my doctor call in a prescription that can be hard to find after I called the store to check that it was in stock. I called the next day to confirm and spoke to an employee on the phone who said that they had it and I could pick it up that day. She even took the time to remind me about the pharmacy lunch break, which was nice of her. Unfortunately this was completely incorrect. When I went to pick up my prescription the next day I was told it had never been entered in the system and could never be filled at this location because of an individual store management decision as the prescription in question is a controlled substance. I cannot overstate how awful the pharmacist was during this conversation between saying that he didn't believe me when I said I had spoken to someone, asking if I was sure I spoke to a real person and not the phone tree as if I somehow wouldn't be able to tell the difference, and telling me that showing him my call history wouldn't change anything when I went to confirm that I had called the correct Walgreens the day before (I had). The conversation concluded with the pharmacist telling me to stop standing by the drop off counter because he needed to start closing the pharmacy even though this was more than 30 minutes before the pharmacy's stated closing time as I stood there trying to figure out next steps to actually get my medication. Don't go here unless you're okay with being called a liar because a store employee screwed up.

I wish I could give negative stars. My Dr. called in a script for my upcoming surgery and I got a message from Walgreens Pharmacy that filling it was delayed with the insurance company. Then crickets. Nothing. I called days later to find out that the script was not filled and wouldn't be filled because they don't accept my insurance. They should have just told me this - pathetic!

They have one nice great pharmacist but they legit close the store if he can’t make it. They are not temporarily closed but may say that.

The employees here are always super helpful. I really enjoy every interaction I’ve had here so far! This includes the main store, pharmacy, and photo departments!

I recently visited Walgreens Pharmacy and had an excellent experience thanks to Emily, the pharmacist. She processed my order quickly and efficiently. Emily bent over backwards to ensure all my questions were answered, showing a level of care and dedication that made a big difference. Her sweet demeanor and professionalism were much appreciated. I highly recommend Walgreens Pharmacy and am grateful for Emily's outstanding service!

This is the only Walgreens I have been to that every visit for the past 2 years, there is a consistent 5 person minimum long line to checkout. Seriously see if there is some sort of streamlining for the check out process.

Extremely rude staff. Been coming here for years I'll never be back. Came here for a pain Rx for surgery. I went to fill my RX and They told me I would have wait. No problem. I told them I would be back tomorrow post surgery. My wife returned and they said they gave the Rx to someone else. I called and spoke with someone who went on to lecture me that "I'm not special" and she can't "Magically get my prescription back." I'm not sure what the policy is here but at a minimum I would expect the pharmacy to treat me with respect, dignity, maybe compassion god forbid. She just unloaded on me for no reason. What is wrong with this place? Occured 3/22 at 4:30pm approximately. Thank you
