Extremely rude staff. Been coming here for years I'll never be back. Came here for a pain Rx for surgery. I went to fill my RX and They told me I would have wait. No problem. I told them I would be back tomorrow post surgery. My wife returned and they said they gave the Rx to someone else. I called and spoke with someone who went on to lecture me that "I'm not special" and she can't "Magically get my prescription back." I'm not sure what the policy is here but at a minimum I would expect the pharmacy to treat me with respect, dignity, maybe compassion god forbid. She just unloaded on me for no reason. What is wrong with this place? Occured 3/22 at 4:30pm approximately. Thank you

I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, so staff can look see if they had a product. No one ever came back to the phone. So I called. I talked with a different person who told me the product was out of stock. I said are you sure on line says it is in stock, He then said we just sold the last one.. I asked him are you sure you know what I am looking for because I didn't talk with you. . He hung up on meback to this store. VERY POOR SERVICE

I went the other day, an employee did not put my lipliner in my bag. I got home realized it was missing and called for her to hold it for me. I went back two days later and and it was lost. Everyone looked at me like I was stupid and it was so frustrating because I never got it back or a refund because the employee told me that I didn't need to bring my receipt when J went to pick it up. So stupid.

This place is the worst. They have one employee and calling them an employee is a stretch. Any time you go you will wait in a line of 10 ppl. The cashier is slow as molasses and doesn't have a care in the world nor a brain cell.

The pharmacy staff are amazing, always helpful and will do their best to get your prescription filled.

I’m not a big fan of Walgreens corporate. When they took the E Broadway store over from Rite Aid they phased out the 20% discount, replacing it with a lot of happy talk and spin about savings which amounted to a small fraction of that. Lots of turnover except for a nice, loyal employee who’s been there through Osco, Brooks, Rite Aid and now Walgreens. One other employee who goes back some, but that’s it. Some of the ones who’ve come and gone and some of the current ones have been/are better than others. It runs the gamut; some awful, some good and many others in between. But lots and lots of turnover. I also hear from reliable sources that corporate treats their pharmacists pretty shabbily.

Agree with others. On hold over an hour to make sure scrip ready before I head over. Have tried calling three times so far. Was told yesterday it would be ready after 345p today. Now can't reach anyone to verify

This pharmacy refuses to pick up the phone. For the past three years I have been put on an indefinite hold each and every time I call the pharmacy.

The pharmacists are putting effort and trying to do their best. My medicine was out of stock but they made sure I get it asap and offered me few options. After reading all those bad reviews tried to put myself into their shoes.

Get the popcorn out for this one. On 10/22 I went to pick up 3 medications that were ready and filled. Came home and put my medication away. They only gave me 2. No biggie. Went on the app to have the medication mailed. Cited 2 business days. That would take me to 10/25. Tuesday comes and goes. So does Wednesday and Thursday. Nothing. I look up the number to call the pharmacy but in red text it says "Temporarily closed" I called the 800 number and I'm told there is a staff shortage but the medication was still there, however since they aren't open I have to go to another Walgreens location to fill it. Tried to explain I don't have a car, I use public transportation and I'd have to take my constantly cranky toddler with me which I'm not particularly interested in doing AND I've already waited 4 days for these meds. I asked why didn't anyone have the curtsy to call me or send out a text (like they do to let you know you need a refill or your doctor hasn't approved a prescription or ... you get where I'm going with this right?) not just for me but everyone else who goes here, more so for people who need meds to stay alive. The 800 rep told me the medication wasn't filled (let alone mailed out) and probably put back on the shelf. I mentioned how that's not ok and I didn't appreciate that because I needed them, I did what I was supposed to do, I was under the impression they we're going to be mailed etc. 800 agent said she "understands" and I requested to make complaint. So October 31st- Mid trick-or-treating with my kid I stop in. The pharmacy tech said the medication is there but not ready yet. So I'm explaining that it was ready on (10/22) but it wasn't given to me in store for some reason and that day *should have been* mailed/prepared to be mailed out after I put the order in that same day I thought they gave them all to me. On the app (where I requested the medication to be mailed) said I should receive it by the 25th. I continued to talk with the pharmacist assistant about this debacle. I made it obvious that when the store closes for a few days because there short staffed and don't let me know, put my medication away AND now I have to wait 30 minutes for it to be filled a second time, its not exactly the safest way to conduct a business when it comes to medicine that is important to live... I requested to have it ready for delivery by tonight AND expedited in the mail by tomorrow. I was already taking my kid out of her trick or treating fun to get my stuff done- which isn't what I came out for let alone think I'd need to wait MORE? Again... The assistant pharmacy technician (or whatever he's called) that I was talking too spoke to the pharmacist. She says she'll fill it in 3 minutes, asks it that's ok. I said sure. The pharmacist calls me to say it's ready. I go up to her and take my stuff and I ask her if I can ask a question. She says yes. I explain to her the whole situation and I tell her my issue is that when you guys abruptly close for days and not notify anyone it's actually really dangerous to a lot of people who depend on these medications to live- she cuts me off and huge attitude change- tells me "it wasn't in her control. How do you expect me to contact 100s of people to tell them their pharmacist has a medical emergency..." um what? I have no idea what she's talking about... she said that's why the pharmacy was closed... But online it said the store was temporarily closed not the pharmacy part... what the hell?? Why would the store be closed if it's just the pharmacy tech that's out... seriously this is getting beyond ridiculous... I interject and say a text or email would work, maybe even an automated call- I mean they have those these days for when our stuff is ready so implement that same idea to when you put it back on the shelf or not mail it out like it's scheduled to be- It's an idea to consider and I thought it was a pre

Worse costumer service ever, they not doing enough how in the worth you can not enter the digits of a card when the card reader is having issues I went to this place they had very degrading treatment and almost got kicked out when I was very respectful to the stuff, I used the same card right before going into this place and right after with ZERO issues.

This Walgreens deserves a zero. USE ANY OTHER PHARMACY. They NEVER pick up the phone - today I was on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes, over several calls. I was hung up on three times, and TWICE was connected with OTHER PATIENTS WAITING ON HOLD. Outrageous & extremely frustrating. Not to mention a violation of patient privacy. It's also, frankly, inexcusable that a *pharmacy* does not answer the phone. This has been a problem for a long time (see other reviews from over the years). I'm sure the owner will comment that my "experience will be shared with leadership" ... but I'm certain nothing will change.Choose ANY other pharmacy for your prescriptions - even if it's less "convenient" in terms of location. You may have to travel a bit further but you'll save hours of waiting on hold or in line.I miss Rite Aid.

Long lines, constant mistakes and lies, they never answer the phone and if they do it is to immediately hang up on you. We deserve better.
