The cashier at the wine section was very rude today. When asking her why she was giving me a hard time she made it a point to say she is not discriminating against me. However she did not act in this manner to the person who was not of color who was before us. We bought 8 bottles of wine. She tried to fit all 8 bottles in one bag. I asked her if she can bag 4 in one bag and 4 in the other. She continued to ignore me until i took the bottes that she squeezed in one bag out and placed it on the counter and proceeded to ask for another bag. She wouldnt look at me. From reading other reviews regarding this section there is a clear trend that needs to be addressed

Love this supermarket, lots of fresh sushi and cakes to choose from and it's good prices too.

Very convenient shopping location. Wide selection of stuff. Many registers.
Unfortunately, not always stocked (or fresh items). A bit of a confusing layout. No place to put shopping carts afterwards (cause clutter). The only elevator out doesn’t work half the time (annoying to carry large grocery bags up).

PURE DISCRIMINATION!
The lady in alcohol area was extremely unfriendly and unreasonable. She won’t sell you the wine even through you did nothing wrong. DO NOT try to buy anything from there. Terrible service and terrible attitude. Avoid this place.

If you want to try some local food or munching stuff just walk into this place and grab during your downtown walk.
Very near to Boston Common and walkable.
