I am deeply disappointed in the service they provided me, María and her partner did not even want to give me the check back as I asked them to please do, claiming that I was not their client. Now is when I would least try. THE HISPANICS THERE ARE VERY NASTY. BEING HISPANIC TOO.

I am profoundly disappointed by the appalling customer service provided by Kathy Saifan at Rockland Trust Bank in west roxbury. As a business account holder, I have always expected a certain level of professionalism and respect when dealing with banking representatives, but my recent experience has left me shocked and frustrated.
Not only did Kathy Saifan handicap my business account, making it nearly impossible for me to carry out day-to-day transactions, but she also crossed a significant line by delving into my personal information without any valid reason. This unwarranted intrusion into my privacy is not only unethical but also illegal, as it breaches data protection and privacy regulations.
What adds insult to injury is the fact that this breach of privacy was seemingly condoned or overlooked by others within the company. The fact that such a flagrant violation of customer trust and privacy was allowed to occur without repercussions or proper investigation reflects poorly on the overall culture and management of the bank.
As a customer who has entrusted my business and personal finances to this institution, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and respect shown by Kathy Saifan. I urge the bank's management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that such unacceptable behavior is not repeated in the future.
In conclusion, my experience with Kathy Saifan at [Bank Branch] has been nothing short of a nightmare. I am left feeling not only frustrated and inconvenienced but also deeply concerned about the security and privacy of my financial information. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and integrity, and it is clear that Kathy Saifan failed to uphold these basic principles of customer service.

I’ve had my mortgage over 12 years I put in several calls to Rockland trust West Roxbury to Bob Driscoll the Mortgage manager only to get a voicemail never a person to have them contact me. I also had my attorney call and left a message we have NOT heard back not even a courtesy call back this is not professional and poor business practice Mind you I have never been late for my mortgage and my credit is good.

Ms. Kelly Wheaton (Bank Manager) and Ms. Kathy Saifan (Assistant Manager) and other Rockland Trust bank personnel are very professional, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended!
