Waiting for my turn about 15mns a lady might be bank officer ran to the teller by the time been waiting. She's looking at me say hi, just turn my face didn't say anything.Was thinking just close my account put that money somewhere else.Didn't do it hope that not happened no more.......

The Bank was closed at 11 am on a working Monday morning. No signs, no notice of the closure on Google Maps. ATM customer service representative contacted by telephone at another location unhelpful.

First time there, staff was friendly, helpful and professional. My request was pretty mindless, but they also seemed really patient and friendly to other customers for more complicated requests.

Why would an employee tell me I have to leave the drive-through to come inside because they have a line inside is this company policy or is she just being funny and I have so if it is company policy please just take down a drive-through so no one can ever use it again
