My friend and I visited a bunch of designer stores in the mall, and most of them treated us like we didn’t belong; probably because we’re young and they assumed we couldn’t afford anything. But Saint Laurent was different. The customer service was incredible, and they treated us with genuine respect from the moment we walked in. Easily the best experience we had that day.

After not even being spoken to at another brand, I decided to try YSL. I was greeted by Grace who asked if I was looking for something specific, when I told her it was my first time buying a designer bag, she helped talk me through all of my options and the pros and cons to each bag with my style. Her honesty, intentionality and care was next level. She didn’t make it just a purchase, she made it an experience. Next time I’m in Boston, I’ll be back to see Grace!!!

Amazing and quick experience! Grace was so helpful and helped me pick the perfect bag. They were so accommodating even though I was shopping with a toddler. Love my envelope bag! Will be back again ❤️

I recently had a fantastic experience at the YSL store, thanks to Dana and the store manager, Juan. Dana was incredibly helpful when I was choosing a new bag, providing expert advice and ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for. Later, when I encountered an issue with a bag that was gifted to us, Juan stepped in and resolved the matter efficiently and professionally. His attention to detail and customer service were outstanding. I am thoroughly impressed with the care and support provided by the YSL team. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality service and exquisite products!

Joey at YSL in Boston is the best!! Joey helped me with two different bags recently and he went above and beyond in making sure it was the right purchase for me. He is kind and he really makes you feel comfortable. Having worked in the luxury handbag business for many years, I can honestly say that his communication and customer service is exceptional! I walked in the other day and the sales associate with the white colored hair was so rude. She didn’t offer to help me at all and just stared at me while i was looking at the bags. No wonder their store was empty compared to dior. Also if you’re going to work on customer service then please work on your attitude. That sales associated with the short white hair needs to go back to training OR fine a new career path. Never coming back.

The worst tennis shoes I ever wore.They are not comfortable they worst than going barefoot!!, I tried them once they made this HUGE BLISTERS Then I come to return them at their Boston location for their sales representative tell me they can’t return them because I used them.They seriously expect you to keep some $700 shoes that uncomfortable!?For what to have them in a display?Then they told me to come back tomorrow when the manager is there. I love Yves Laurent since always I use everything from perfume to makeup. They just lost a customer. Take your money somewhere they are going to threat you like your deserve and back the quality of their products.

My husband purchased some beautiful YSL wedges, unfortunately they did not fit. We had to return them. We walked in, you can just feel the horrible vibe. We were not greeted. Two salespeople with one customer talking about online item the other hiding in the back. The security person leaned against the wall on their phone. It took them 15 minutes to finally say something. What they said "I noticed you been here a while, has anyone greeted?" ?. I explain the shoe situation and she wanted me out of there instead of selling me on something else. She didn't even check the box to ensure the merchandise is intact. I was disgusted and wanted out. Never again.

I purchase an item did not like it came back with a receipt and I was told I can I get my money back on the store credit or get something else which is absurd show thing 10 times before you purchase anything from the store
