I want to make a HUGE shout out to Joe Gambino, who helped my partner and myself at the Saks Fifth Avenue men's store. He was absolutely fantastic and made us feel so welcome, especially as the other associates did not even acknowledge us. He was so funny, charming and genuine. An absolute gem. Thank you so much Joe! You made our trip so memorable and special. We love the pants and shoes! You have great taste and we are going to play the numbers after all your wonderful stories.

Since they open this location the men's it looks like it's been hard for a business to be able to keep it open. It looks like people don't like the location. But on the other hand, they have a lot of good stuff if you looking to be able to go out and have some fun you going to find a little bit of everything if you can find your size

SAs are too full of ssssshit…. They are either on their cellphones killing time or standing around. I have to go find someone and ask for help at this store. They aren’t really professional and shame on Saks for not educating their employees properly. And did I mention some of the female employees wear fake jewelry? ??♀️ they have no class. Also very poorly stocked. This is why I usually shop online to avoid the hassle.

Picture this: You strut into Saks Fifth Avenue Men's Store, expecting an ocean of options. But alas, you're greeted with more of a kiddie pool than a vast sea of fashion.Sure, the store has that classic Saks appeal, but as a 6' 215# man, you're left with slim pickings. It's like showing up to an all-you-can-eat buffet only to find out they've run out of everything except the coleslaw. Now, we're not saying Saks has completely dropped the ball. But when it comes to catering to bigger, taller guys, the mark has been missed. This isn't a game of basketball, Saks; you're allowed to cater to the guys who'd actually be good at it.Bottom line? If you're looking for something new and exciting, you might want to keep on strutting right past this Saks Men's Store. Unless of course, you're in the market for a disappointing fashion journey. Then by all means, step right in.

Timothy from the men’s department did an amazing job, after asking me why I put a shirt back I told him it was way too big so he literally ran upstairs to find me one in my size. Very polite and very professional. Thank you!

I am a customer of the store for I would say well over 20 years if not so or close to it I have nothing to say about the regular store but the fragrance department was the worst service I ever received while trying to return something that was defective they did not honor no guarantee on their product for that reason I will no longer shop here

When I tried on a jacket, an old bald white man with glasses who looks like a manager suddenly got into the my fitting room and yelled at me:”For security reasons you can’t try jackets in the fitting room!!!” FOR WHAT SECURITY REASONS????? are you saying I am going to steal your clothes??? And then he expelled me from there for no clear reason. This is so RIDICULOUS and RUDE!!! ?????Saks you should train your staffs more properly so that they know how to respect their customers.

Recently placed an order online and the hat came completely destroyed and flat. The sneakers were sent the wrong size and not the selected size. The website says my size is available but they do not do exchanges. The prudential store does not answer the phone to check availability.20 plus minutes ringing.

Terrible, terrible management, the manager Lorenzo was a nightmare and honestly a diva he was responsible for my poor experience and bad customer service. I am a regular shopper and he asked the saleswoman who was helping me at the time to stop helping me and go “fix a mannequin” which is not normal and then when things got weird between two salespeople and my clothes because he took my original salesperson away, he wouldn’t make eye contact or get off his phone until I said I would wait for him to finish whatever he was doing (as it was like I was talking to like a 13 year old who didn’t want to look up). When later they needed to call him back to approve delivering my bags to my house, he refused to come back and talk to me and said to find another manager. I’m shocked that this is how a manager treats a regular paying customer at a luxury department store. Definitely looking into taking my shopping elsewhere and I advise everyone to speak up against this quality of customer service as it will only get worse if the customer does not voice their concern. It’s not acceptable to treat paying customers this way. 0 Stars if i could for Lorenzo and Lorenzo only.

Employees not willing to help! Not even willing to listen to customer's request, very rude and demonstrated a strong lack of luxury skills from Sacks! This store is a shame! Avoid your time going there, you are better off going on the website of your brand and order from there!

I shop often at saks fifth ave avenue, and today was worst experience I ever had. One of the salesman, tall bald white guy with clear glasses at second floor, was very annoyed by simple question I asked about clothing, keep sighing, and scrolling through his phone, which made me very uncomfortable to shop. I believe nobody would want to shop at 2nd floor if this guy keep treating customers like this.

Michael assisted me in finding the perfect gift. His charming demeanor and genuine approach brought me back to the customer service of yesteryears. He is an asset to the Men’s department. A true southern gentlemen with a great sense of style and panache.Thank you Michael and Roll Tide.

Went in with the intention of seeing some product I found online, in person. Sales associate lady wearing black 350s on the first floor near Balenciaga rack was angry when I asked simple questions (if my size was available, if product from the site was available in store) She went to “check” and said everything that was available was out on the floor, then proceeded to scroll through her phone when she went back counter. Afterwards, I decided to seek out someone who was more willing to help and he was able to find me everything I was looking for. I would try a different store to get better customer service.

I had just went shopping at the Saks Fifth Avenue Men’s Store and a worker by the name of Anthony helped me find great jeans and a pair of shoes. He was extremely helpful and made my experience great. When I go back I will be looking for Anthony!
