  Sigh. I feel so bad for our community. We get the worst of everything. The Kroc Center is such a great facility however all this is negated by the absolutely appalling customer service and poor management. The staff here are unwelcoming, unprofessional and lack communication skills. I have been coming here for years and while the Center has had issues in the past, these are nothing in comparison to it's current state. This place is so unorganized. I just don't understand why the people who serve black & brown communities are so rude, apathetic & unenthusiastic. To whoever runs this facility, your entire staff needs on overhaul and some intensive customer service training and etiquette.
  
  Additionally, the costs are rather exorbitant to be anchoed in a low income community. We're paying $$ only to receive poor treatment and sub par services. I will be taking my family elsewhere.

  I love the kroc center very beautiful people always helpful respectful caring helps with food clothing and many things I'm so grateful there are there

  Very unorganized. Yesterday we came and they made us wait an hour. We came at 3 something and we got in at 5 because they can barely say the right thing over the phone. And wouldn’t give refunds over their mistakes. And their policies? Ridiculous. One, they only let little children wear bikini sets and not adults. Crazy. There was even a guy watching the little kids wear them. But the adults? Nope. 10 and older have to wear one pieces because only 2 pieces distract people from the kids. And they have all day to clean the pool but they wait until it’s time for people to come in. No way they wait until 4pm to clean the pool. And now they say we can’t come back until another day because of it. 2 days in a row we can’t be in the pool. They better not tell us we can’t come or act like they don’t remember anything. Very unorganized and they suck.

  I been going here for years now, its been great. But ever since they wont allow you to bring bags into the gym, it has an been dangerous place to keep valuable things. Since you have to put your belongings in a locker that doesnt have any sort of protection at all. Recently people have stole pants, elite bag zippers, nike techs, northface $300 jackets and many more. I advise the kroc center to bring back the right to bring bags back into the gym

  I got the membership just so my son can use the pool during the summer. And the music at the pool is SOOOOOO loud that you can’t even hear anyone talking like even if I yell no one can hear me. Is like how can they hear if someone is drowning with that music so loud. Like they having a damn party is ridiculous

  Great customer service! The people at the front desk are so helpful and joyful! Im a tourist in USA and they are my only “social” interactions and they do brighten my days. It does a difference. The locker room is the cleanest I’ve seen. There’s a lot of machines and the cardio section is separated from the musculation which is good. There’s also functional water fountains (4). Also, there is a pool with nice attractions/slide for kids. This is an amazing sport center with a decent pricing. I recommend.

  Awful staff and customer service. All the staff members don't want to serve you or at least have that attitude. The place has some nice facilities but the staff is no good. They don't make you feel welcome at all. Also the pool was closed for weeks and the "instructors" there don't really don't have the patience for the children that are less acclimated to the water.

  This place need better management, pool out of service for two months. Have to go back to the YMCA.When I am on the other side of Dorchester no YMCA on this side.
