Avoid this bank. Complete incompetence and total lack of care for dealing with estate accounts. Inaccurate, unprofessional, unethical, inexperienced and no follow up skills. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch. They have cost my wife endless hours and the end result is having to fly back into Boston just to fix something they could have resolved when she was there in person. A complete lack of empathy and respect in dealing with estate accounts.

Noah Wright, Kavita, and Nicole are all awesome. As for Rafael who claims to be a branch manager, I am disgusted. Also, Dillon the investment banker automatically told me to use the online investment banking platform. Oh, what a joy. I am so done with Santander. After my checkbook ends, I am closing this account. I am disgusted by their racist and prejudicial behavior ?

The tellers at this location are awful and have terrible customer service. Went this morning and the teller was super rude and she was not helpful at all. I would highly recommend staying away from this location.

I have been a Santander customer for 4 years. However, my experience at this bank is making me reevaluate my decision. I went because I needed to get a medallion stamp and notary stamp for some documents. Only the bank manager can do the stamp, so after I checked in, I was told to wait for the manager. After about five minutes the manager came out and checked in with me, letting me know that he was with another customer but would be with me soon. About five minutes later, he cane back and said it was taking longer than he thought and could be up to 45 minutes. I had lunch plans, but told him that I could wait for 30 minutes (and then changed my lunch plans). He said he would come back and check in with me in about 15 minutes. Twenty-five minutes pass, and I see him come out to talk to another question. I ask him how much longer and he said that he didn't know and that it would probably be a while. At this point I had been in the bank for 45 minutes, and since they are undergoing remodeling, the hvac system was not working well. If the bank manager had been upfront and said it will likely be 45 minutes-hour, that would have been fine and I would have come back. However, he didn't tell me this until I had already been there for 20 minutes (and I thought I was half way through the wait). Additionally, at least one of the tellers seemed very incompetent t their job- they had to ask the other teller to take over an interaction because they didn't know what to do. I would highly recommend not using this branch location. As for using Santander as a company, if you have other options- choose them.

Walked in to open a new account, no one acknowledged I was waiting until I walked to the teller line. After 10 min for a banker, I was told they wouldn't be able to assist me today without any explanation. Is this how you treat future clients ? STAY away from this branch!

Not sure what the only other review is doing being "one star", this branch is lovely and the customer service is perfect.
