You will only get good service at this branch if you are Caucasian. I usually go to other branches but had a client meeting down the street from this branch. I went in there this morning, before my meeting, to open a business checking account. There was two people ahead of me, while the one platform representative was attending to the client in her cubical. She came out periodically to personally apologize for the extended wait to the other two customers. Even sat next to the customers, apologized, and again reassured them it will not be much longer. As two more customers walked into the bank, she came out of her cubical to greet them and again apologized for the long wait. Meanwhile, I was never greeted as I walked into the branch, was never personally apologized to for the excessive wait time and was completely ignored as she ran in and out of her cubical to get documents from the office printer. I had to drive across town to get the quality service I deserve. I'm sure they have good service but they clearly still subscribe to the antiquated banking practices of profiling customers and only attending to those who look like they have the most resources ( Caucasian) very disappointing.
