Worst place in Roxbury to bank. Not diverse, not community bank, lights in establishment is dark. There is security in there but no privacy. The associates speak Spanish across floor discussing client info with other bilingual clients present. I was judge by my appearance and not by the business or service required. I do not need the bank and never bank there because atmosphere is degrading. Just bad choice that day to try to recieve the service I receive in communities surrounding this one. Communication is breached and inconsistent. Do yourself a favor if you are not Spanish speaking and NEVER GO THERE. Roxbury has citizen that work and may need to use any bank for convenience but I will choose a bank with more prestige or travel the distance for my own bank and credit union. Sovereign bank failed and this one will too with a limited capacity to reach customer satisfaction for all customers. We do not want customers like you is what i was told!!!!,Who needs to cash a check and only open an account for that reason. This was my first encounter with the bank. How do you know my intentions? How can we build a rapport if I was not given a fair chance to bank. Disturbing experience. No confrontation took place but lack of professionalism and lack skills to offer opportunities for the company to grownand customers to advance or create potential.

This people only take cares of they own people meaning if you don’t speak Spanish you will get a sorry ass service from them with attitudes then threatened to kick you out or tell you go to another bank

This branch of Santander Bank has given me a really disappointing experience. Recently, I opened an account at the downtown branch. Last Friday, I deposited some cash tips there, and today, I brought additional cash tips to this location. When I requested a wire transfer, the manager held up the process, questioning why I deposited at different branches. This was confusing and frustrating, as it shouldn’t matter where I choose to make my deposits at any Santander location. I felt that the questioning and treatment were unfair and possibly influenced by bias. I would not recommend visiting this branch based on my experience.

If you are not Spanish they don’t cater to you I went somebody did fraud on my card and I wanted to get money I came in with my blocked card and and ID they wanted my birth certificate like who carry’s that any how I didn’t get the money I went to the Santander on Dorchester ave with the same things my blocked card and ID and git the money she knew I been banking with Santander for a while mind you the first bank I was at was my branch bank time fir me to move on you can cater to you Spanish people everyone working there is Spanish … it need to be investigated there WORST BANK EVER

I have had so many issues with this branch it's unbelievable. I've never had anyone attempt to take a swing at me inside a bank before, but it happened here. I never had anyone with a bank refuse to provide account help over the phone, but it happened here. I never had a bank (that I had an account with) be completely out of money to the point I couldn't withdraw money, but it happened here. I've never had a bank employee think that Saturday was a business day just because they have some tellers there, but it happened here.This place is 100% the worst bank I've ever been to in my life. However, when you keep in mind the surrounding area, that really shouldn't come as a surprise.This is the closest branch to my house, but I assure you that after today, I will be making the slightly longer drive elsewhere.
