“Stopped in to just get a mid-day coffee and roll. Ended up walking past the deli, big mistake;). . We had a turkey sammie made on multi-grain bread. I wish I could have weighed the sammie, it was huge. Enough for my wife I to share. . . They have a great selection of meats and cheeses, hot meals and salads. When in Boston again we will surely stop here and eat.. . They have nice seating section as well.”

“This location has always been really great with customers but I had the best experience with Aly Keita. If you stop by or plan to stop by this location I highly recommend that you request him. He was able to help me with everything in regards to my account (credit card, checking account and savings)which no one else at any other Bank of America branch could help me with. I visited several locations in New York and Boston but it wasn't till I was helped by him that I was able to fix my entire account. He is really well trained and definitely an expert. (Don't waste your time at other locations I would say if you can just go directly to him to not deal with the hassle or attitudes at other branches)”

This bank has been so helpful to me in so many ways for me since english is my second language and I sometimes struggle with the language (I'm still learning) They are very patient and try to understand me and help me understand everything. I've called them so many times in my last vacations with problems and they always resolved and helped me in every situation that I had during my vacations. I love how they take care of my money by putting limits on me”

“Aug2022: 4⭐: I was visiting with my family members today and didn't bring cash to pay for parking and to get some food for our long day. Cash is key! The machine was fairly new, functional, and clean, but not including the surrounding area It was contained. There were papers on the floor that apparently customers missed tossing into the trash.”
“This is a great store, with lots of less-common items that my family likes to eat. However, my review today is about one cashier. I go there often, and EVERYONE there has been GREAT...except for this kid. I checked out my groceries around 11:45am today, 6/5/22. She didn't have a name tag on, so i will describe her: teenager, straight hair with lighter dyed front parts of her hair and multiple nose piercings. The person in front of me was an older lady, and after she cashed out, the lady had to ask the cashier to help bag her groceries. The cashier reluctantly started helping, but filled one bag with what looked like 20 cans, before the older lady asked her to not make the bags so heavy. The cashier let the older lady do most of the work. When it was my turn, a bagger appeared, Mohammed, and he was awesome. The cashier didn't say a word to him or to me the whole time, even though we both said hi to her. Then, the cashier started bagging some of my stuff, and actually put heavy boxes of drinks on top of chips. Mohammed did most of the work, excellently. After mashing multiple bags of chips, the cashier turned and sat in the thing that holds plastic bags. I have been a teacher for a long time, mostly at the high school level, and I have tremendous patience with teenagers. However, this girl does not (yet) have the maturity to work a job where she interacts with customers. Please do everyone a favor, and give her hours to one of the many hard-working employees at that store.”

“I dropped by because I had questions about a checking account promotion that started in the middle of the summer. The staff is pretty polite and helpful. The banker was patient with my inquiry regarding whether I was fulfilling the requirements for the promotion and able to provide a clear answer by showing me where to look in my account. One of the better banking encounters. This place is definitely not the place for getting money from the ATM since it is located inside and locked after business hours are over, which may mean a hike to one of the other ATM locations in Downtown or around Tufts Medical.”

“Oh dear! This is a difficult review to write...as Stinky has had numerous different experiences at different times with TD. They are maybe more like 3 1/2 stars...but that is not an option. It is much better than Citizens though. This is not for this particular branch...but have used this one as well. This branch is on a street that is like a cross between A Clockwork Orange and Night Of The Living Dead. Sadly. The phone customer service is usually pretty nice though...and easy to get through to...except lately...but that may be due to plague. They have even waived a few fees for Stinky...which is appreciated. Some branches seem to be understaffed. Wait times can vary. While old Stinky is quite satisfied with this bank...there have been a few minor problems, and it is not a knock your socks off experience. But it does get the job done...and is better than other big bank options.”
