The only reason I gave a 5 Star review is for Relationship Banker Michelle Cuevas. I cannot stand Santander as a corporation. I came in to close the account because of frustrations with Santander but Ms. Cuevas showed exceptional customer service skills. I witnessed her calmly de-escalate two irate customers. Santander sucks but she made closing the account stress-free

Very aggressive/intrusive/rude customer service.I originally was talking to a customer service rep about a question I had about my account. A blonde woman came up to me and BOMBARDED our interaction. Assumed I was there to ask about depositing a fraud check. She told me that if I had “a little boyfriend asking you to deposit a check it’s fraud”.She completely insulted me, and EMPHASIZES if I was asking questions on behalf of someone else then it’s fraud activity… felt completely disrespected and already switched my bank TODAY! Please don’t visit this location.

I had booked an appointment with Santander Bank Symphony branch early morning at 9:30. There were only 2 people there when I reached. One of them approached me and asked me if I had an appointment and said yes. She asked me if I had $25 amount of money with me , to which I replied no because I had just transferred it to a different amount. I told the lady that I will withdraw and be back in a min because I had all the required documents, to which she asked if I had a different bank account , I said yes. And she got really aggressive and started bad mouthing the other bank I have an account in. She got up and said " I don't think u need 2 bank accounts, i think u should leave and think about it and then only come back. because I don't think u should open this account". At this point she left the cubical. This was the worst bank experience I had. I don't understand why cant I open a bank account in Santander if I have an account in a different bank. How would it affect the bank negatively if I open a account? I am not sure why the lady was triggered by me already having a bank account but I don't think she had the authority to refuse to provide the service I asked for. This experience has made me question if I even want to be associated with this bank.So basically they have an awful costumer service.

Fantastic Branch. Super friendly manager and staff who know their business, give good advise and guidance. It's a bit like going into see friends when I pop into this branch. You want to open an account with Santander? Then do it here!

If you whant to feel comfortable in your day, do not open an account in Santander. I opened an account with them and i used there ATM the card was eaten twice. - My friend went to them because he had a problem. They did not look into the problem, but they looked at his license, why it is expired, and we are in Corona virus. anyhow, they didn't solve his problem.
