We are closing our accounts and going elsewhere. They have a long way to go to keep up with the rapidly changing demands of this community. The reps keep running to their superiors for every little things that in other banks causes no delay. There is always something. And then there are bigger problems like not being able to access your money, and them asking you for a few minutes to fix things which turns into 30 min with the things not fixed. “Things” = 7 months old problems on their side that they told you were fixed.

A few pointers: Instead of making customers wait by the door at 9:07 while half of your team is on the morning run for lattes, open at 9:00 and get the coffees once the opening rush succeeds.Instead of speaking in a patronizing kindergarden voice, have some urgency in serving customers and improve your competence.Instead of having your subordinates run to the manager for approval for everything that other banks do automatically, figure out your operations.This is not - “busy branch”, this is a slow and incompetent brunch.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Santander bank. The customer service was shockingly bad, and the staff were incredibly unprofessional. Every time I visited the bank, there was an inexplicably long wait, even when it seemed like they had extra staff on hand. It's frustrating to see such a lack of efficiency and professionalism in a banking institution. I would strongly advise against banking with Santander if you value your time and expect decent customer service.

They let people into your safe deposit box without checking ID or getting a signature!!! Then won’t report the theft to the police. Horrible customer service and total lack of care for the customer.

I don't know about all these people Yelp review that don't make any sense. But I receive excellent customer service at this branch. I love!! how they help me with all my transactions. I recommend this bank if you want exceptional customer service!!!

Very archaic bank. I needed checks for my direct deposit but they never sent me any when I opened the account. I called but the system hung up on me and told me to come in person since it was my first order. So I came in person and they still want to charge me $25 even though I have a mortgage with them. Silvia was super nice but the bank as a whole and their business practices stink. She is the only reason stopping this review from being a 1 star.

I’m in the works of starting a new business , and Phoebe was extremely helpful and taught me so much more than i thought i needed to know. Everyone was super friendly and the energy in here is very fun.I’m excited for my future business endeavors with my brand and this bank!

Absolutely the worse branch ever. Always a long wait for no reason. There is no urgency to help customers in a timely manner. I've been driving am extra 10 minutes out of my way to use the chelsea branch just because of how mismanaged this bank is.

This branch is the worst. First, they're not doing a very good job of enforcing COVID policies- the line meanders everywhere, people spilling out of the front door, standing close together. And, EVERY TIME I come here, I wait at least 20 minutes, even in off peak times, because they never have enough tellers working. Today I waited 20 minutes while the only person in front of me took forever and there was only one teller working. Then, when I finally get up to the teller, they didn't have any quarters - the BANK was out of quarters! Doesn't help that the employees are never pleasant either. This branch is the worst.
