Worst customer service I’ve ever received at a bank. I had to get insurance checks endorsed, and the workers were very rude and not helpful at all. They let me know they do not sign checks there. Okay cool. I asked if she can call the loan department and help me figure out what to do because the check had the banks name so I had to get it endorsed. They refused to help me in any way. They were then speaking Portuguese to each other while I’m sitting at her desk. I had to call the bank myself and that’s when I found out I had to mail it to Texas. Apparently the bank doesn’t know their policies or didn’t care to help me.

It’s a shame that this ATM does not have $100 bills for us when we are withdrawing. I am considering switching banks pretty ridiculous in 2025 with all of the technology.

I have found the interest of experience by knowing that the quality of Santander Bank branch is more in reach of location of others and the others that update me with my ATM card on my check account it's more than how you looked at the percentage or looks at the answer that you can find your increase find the understanding of your occasion and what is your own private policy and what is concern to you by knowing how you feel and what you can do or are you with a friend or nearby another location that you can use the other Santander Bank on your local bank in the interest of knowing that I have been more on adventures of what I would like or how I would find my percentage of support and understanding of my updates to where and when and to what I like about me what needs and a friend and going on a date or more about your interest it is a lie to me as what is beautiful a day that you can correspond with someone and know that everything would be okay or I would stop by one of the branch in withdrawal amount of cash or amounts of spending to my needs and my understanding it's more affordable time of what I would like to do there is everything that you think about and how you feel about yourself to find the local branch or another Branch or what is nearby you a local nearby you it's more than everything that requires to you to make yourself being independent or understanding the corporation of my summit as shown me the interest of my local somewhere about on my adventure or my traveling I would like to find a way that I could find the nearest ATM Santander Bank to what I have improved myself about or how I find the idea of responding or corresponding I am with a friend and I would like to see that what is my interest or what is my withdrawal amount what I have on my card or what is my spending of idea or this is my check would like to send to see my required of what I can find cash about this is the interest of me knowing what I can do and what best for me to my update and my understanding all that is more important than all that is answered what is qualified and approval thank you

The people working here doesn’t appreciate your time so much they don’t even bother to greet you or let you know that they won’t be able to help for some time.
If they were busy and can be seen that’s fine as it’s visible, but in this case all the desk workers went into the back without any notice and didn’t come out to let people waiting know the circumstances. Wasted 20-30 minutes today.
This branch at least has good working ATM’s, I can recommend that.

The staff, aside from the tellers, are absolutely incompetent. The customer service is lacking, the experience is tedious, and the end result is sub par. Take your banking needs elsewhere.

This bank allowed their customer to steal my daughters check and deposit it in her account and the check has me and my daughters name on it. This is the worse bank in the history of banks. There's is an inside job going on because where in the history of banks is someone allowed to accept a check with two other peoples name on it and then the bank says oh the person who's account it is has to do a claim to say that wasn't their check when the branch manager located at another establishment literally pulled up their customers account and seen the day the check was deposited and also seen my daughters name on the check. The branch manager from another Santander stated how could the bank accept the check when the names of the check doesn't even match the account holders information. They also stated the customers account wasn't even open properly in Charlestown at this location, as she's receiving checks in her account and the checks don't even have the names of the people she's receiving it for on her account. That is FRAUD... I am baffled and thousands of dollars stolen from my child. Santander is the worst bank in America no other bank would have allowed this to happen. I'm pretty sure that the person who stole my daughters check knows someone who works at this bank in Charlestown and is helping her with this fraudulent activity, because the Santander at another location said that he doesn't understand how she's able to be getting these checks her name isn't even on them.

Tellers and customer service reps are very friendly and knowledgeable. Employees ar this branch want to actually help, and did exactly that when i recently went in to have some charges i didnt recognize disputed. The rep had me feeling at ease, solved my issue quickly, and they credited my account the next day. Thank you to the helpful people in that Santander branch for making things easy.

Please don't put yourPlease don't put your money in this bank!! My aunt ,who lived in Boston, used Santander Bank. She passed away in October. On the day we buried her , someone started to steal money from her account. It was very obviously fraudulent. They test the account by withdrawing cents under a dollar- then took out $5000. One time - $10,000 another until they got up to over $70,000. This whole time I'm calling Santander literally crying and yelling for them to stop it and help me!! It took a week for them to put a stop to this and freeze the account. ! It was all coming from the same account at Bank of America. Santander did refund the money after much more screaming and crying!! My back here in Kentucky has software that alerts them to fraud as soon as it occurs so they can stop it before it gets this far. I don't know it Santander has dim employees or they just don't care . I'm now in a long fight to get the freeze lifted and the money transferred to our Estate account, which is a mess in itself.IF YOU DO CHOOSE TO USE THIS BANK WATCH THEM VERY CLOSELY.

Wish I could leave star rating at ZERO. Called and no one answers the phone, it’s a cell number! Customer service is inept and there procedures provide NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.Closing 3 accounts immediately.

Went to the the branch yesterday(February 5th 2022) and one of the bank tellers was truly amazing! The branch manger William C. Helped me beyond words with everything I needed to get done! Gave me so much knowledge and information about things I knew and did not know about my account! Thank you so much William for your services with such an amazing attitude! Can’t wait to come back whenever I need help.
