This particular location is a great spot to repurchase products that are tried & true, and the staff is GREAT!!! I live in Back Bay, and am very glad not to have to go to Copley, for my cosmetic & fragrance (Tom Ford), needs!!!

Staff looks sweet and friendly. I was only puzzled that they didn't bag your purchase. My kid had to pick up her bottles ($100+). My thinking is only if customer asking no bag otherwise bagging the purchase is very essential. You don't want your customer to ask you to bag their stuff, don't you?
