Black Friday. The store was packed, costumers were acting like savages and the staff was impecable. They were so attentive, helpful even though they had to keep the store tidy, carry big boxes, big carts to replace products in the shelves, they were extra nice, extra helpful. Very competent. I could see how exhausted they were, with all the costumers asking questions, almost jumping on them (some were extremely rude, specifically the pre-teens group) and the staff handled it very well.
I truly hope that the store gives them double PTO after the Black Friday craziness.

I already loved this Sephora because of the huge selection and how well stocked it is but the employees are just so kind and made my day yesterday. Alex, Maddie, and Kiana helped me in fragrance and went out of their way to make a new tester for the prada candy perfume for me. I sometimes get nervous asking for help especially in big shores like that so them being so kind and helpful really just made my day. Management, please give them their flowers because they were AMAZING. Will be back for sure.
