I got my wedding makeup done at the Seaport location with Nakia and it was amazing! She’s so kind, professional and talented! Best glam I’ve ever had. My makeup lasted all night and photographed perfectly. Couldn’t recommend her more!

Best customer service experience I've had in a while! Came in a little embarrassed and looking for the right lip gloss/lipstick to help cover some blemishes while looking good with my skin tone. Daniela came right up to me and as soon as I mentioned what I was looking for, she was so kind and had me looking at swatches of different products and put me right at ease. She helped me choose the perfect product and I was so happy and excited to find something I loved. Thank you again for your help Daniela, this will definitely be my go-to Sephora location moving forward 💜💜💜

The staff are very nice! They picked the best shade of foundation and concealer for me. Got lots of samples. Service is 11/10, ask for Hannah (the one that helped me) if you need any help.

I had my make up done at Sephora in the Seaport! Saturday July 19th. I showed up a 1/2 hour early and they took me immediately! I was very happy with the results. Most importantly she was friendly and wanted me to like the make up application. I left feeling confident and ready for my daughters wedding!.Thank you so much!

POSTING ON BEHALF OF MY WIFE:
I went into Sephora, Seaport, to see if I could find a makeup to cover up red, dry, patches on my face, that doctors can't seem to clear up. I had concerns about being allergic to whatever makeup I tried and having the makeup clump up in the dry areas and make my face look worse. And then along came Nataly. Nataly took the time to listen to what's going on with my skin, what I've already tried, and what I was looking to achieve with some new makeup. Nataly carefully read labels and quickly put away products that could make my face flare up. We tried some powders and none of them were right. We then tried liquid products. Nataly, once again, ran around the store finding the right products to try. She sanitized everything, brought me a bit of the cream that I use at home and showed me the proper technique to apply the concealer. She found a product that not only looked flawless, but also hasn't irritated my skin. She was so patient and knowledgeable about the products as well as their ingredients and what could potentially help me and what could trouble my skin. She was also incredibly personable and put me at ease. I'm so grateful that I decided to go in to Sephora that day.

Usually love coming to this location bc it’s right by job & I have a friend that works here, & the staff is usually super nice & bubbly, but today!? The way I got treated?! Ruined my whole experience. Disgusting customer service. HANNAH, whatever her name is, HOSTILE, RUDE, SPEEDY service like I was ordering drive through or something. Barely let me talk & when I matched her energy all of a sudden I was the problem & refused me service. Nasty personality.

I had the amazing pleasure of meeting Hannah who took the time to answer every question I had. She is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient showing me products and looking to see if other stores had the products that were sold out. What I loved mostly about her was that she based her knowledge on items on her experience using them and that made me trust her even more. Hannah reminded me that the warmth in customer service still exists. Thank you, Hannah!!

There is a reason for all these five star reviews. Rebeca went the extra mile to make me feel welcomed the moment I walked in plus best in class expertise - I had issues with my redness skin, the patience and professionalism she presented were very helpful. The products the Inkey list works pretty well on me.

I had the absolute pleasure of having my makeup done by Jason at Sephora, and I am beyond impressed! He is unbelievably talented! From the moment I sat in his chair, he listened carefully to my preferences and worked his magic. My makeup looked flawless and lasted all night, better than I could have ever imagined! Jason is not only skilled but also so personable, making the whole experience enjoyable and fun. If you’re looking for a true artist who can transform your look, Jason is your go-to! Went into Boston for The Nutcracker and didn’t have any makeup with me. I was running slim on time so I rushed in Sephora and they were able to help me immediately! They booked me for a 30 minute session and I was out the door with just enough time to get into the show.
I do wish the 30min feature offered more for face. You can pick your feature from eyes to brows to complexion, and I wish that blush or contour were included with face. I was lucky enough to grab a sample of mascara and blush to pull everything together.
A great thank you to the woman at the front of the store and Jason for helping me feel beautiful!

As someone who doesn't know much about makeup, I really appreciated the polite, informative and helpful attitudes of the staff at Seaport! They were clear in their communication, friendly, and aided me in finding the product that I needed while also making other recommendations. Karmina was especially kind + curious and I really appreciated her help! Would totally recommend this Sephora :)
