I went in there looking for foundation. Was immediately referred to Joanna. She was genuine, honest, and super nice. She helped me with what I was looking for and even gave me some super needed advice for my skin care. (As I'm new with makeup and skin care). Thank you so much!!! Also, I've shopped at other Sephoras before, in California, and I've NEVER been treated this AMAZING.

Perhaps it is because this Sephora is located near a tourist area but I've never seen a Sephora so clean and well stocked. I also wanted to mention that walking into a store like Sephora can be overwhelming especially for a middle aged occasional fugo such as myself who is only minimally familiar with the brands they carry. Each employee that I encountered was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to show me where everything was located. Sephora HQ should be paying the staff at this store location double because they are exceptional when it comes to customer service and inclusion.

On the scale of Boston Sephora busy-ness, this one ranks below Newbury St but above Fenway. Because there are so many people around, the store associates kind of just let you do your thing. Some of the aisles felt cramped with so many people around, but I had a great experience making a return of a product that broke me out. The store associate was super nice, apologetic, and gave me a refund on store credit. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant process.

It's essentially an upscale makeup boutique located in Quincy Market. I rated them five stars since my family adores them. Visit them to see what they have. Although I think it's expensive, I've been told it makes a difference.

Wow! I’ve been to many Sephora’s over the years and this is by far the best. The customer service was amazing and helped me and my family find just the products we needed. This definitely was my best experience buying makeup ever!

The middle-aged woman with the bob haircut is so incredibly rude. Every other employee I’ve interacted with in this store has been so kind and welcoming though. I don’t know, I think maybe you have to be what she thinks is the perfect person with a perfect reaction to get anything besides rudeness from her. Even if you’re very polite she’s mean, and I always leave racking my brain trying to figure out if I did anything even remotely worth receiving that coldness. I know retail is hard dealing with rude customers, but I’ve never been one, and can’t understand why she’s so upset. I don’t think I’ll ever visit this store again despite all the other great employees, because even the chance of seeing her fills me with anxiety at this point.

If I could give them 0 stars I will this lady with a short hair cut is really rude I came to pick up an order and all of those ladies were judging and not helping at all do not recommend this place at all!!!!

Probably because it was so crowded, but the help staff were just on your face "whatever" attitude kinda people. Should have gone to a different Sephora. Only the person at the entrance was welcoming enough

very poor service. an elderly auburn haired woman with a bob haircut was denying entrance for any people of color at 7:40pm because the store was "closed" but granted entrance for all Caucasian customers and the store closes at 8:00pm. she also was very rude in her tone and gave lots of attitude.
