I am very grateful to have met Attorney Joe Serpa because he is an honest and very intelligent attorney. I had read the comments made about him like probably you are doing it rn and those good comments are true. He is a lawyer who finds a way to solve a case or at least have a good result for you.I had a case that was very delicate.. basically my future was in risk.Many lawyers didn’t give me hope but i talk to Joe one day and he decided to help me. Honestly, this guy is a real human being. He took the time out to review my sons case and gave us his options. And I truly appreciate that. I wish I had gone with him from day one. But he is still on my list if things start to take a turn for the worst. Joe, thank you, and believe me. I still want you on A's team. I can't say enough great things about this lawyer, Joe! I recently had to hire him for a very difficult and personal domestic violence case that required me to go to court. When I contacted Joe it was very last minute as my court notice was sent to the wrong address. Joe responded almost immediately and took me and my case on. Throughout the whole process he was so quick to respond every single time something came up. He was so informative and prepared me so well for what to expect during every step. I was very anxious throughout the whole process and he truly made me feel at ease every time my nerves got the best of me. He was very clear on what things he needed from me in order to prepare my case for the best outcome. Before we even had our first meeting he had already researched into the caee and had gathered so much information about the situation and everyone involved. When he talked to me, He was open and gave me the opportunity to show him who I really was. On the day at court, he wad so calm and kind and clearly had a great reputation with the court workers. He carried himself in such a down yo earth and calm demeanor that immediately made me feel less anxious, more confident and trusting of his process. Joe simply does amazing work. Where to start?I can’t thank you enough Joe, I found my self in a situation that was totally taken out of context that turned into a nightmare that would have impacted me the rest of my life. I have never had issues with the law, and this one time I was fighting for my name and the truth. I didn’t know where to go or begin in the legal process but I knew I needed a qualified defense attorney. I did some extensive and exhausting research and became overwhelmed at times. Then one evening I came upon attorney Joe Serpa I saw he has a proven record and has been in the field for a long time with great success not common now a days . The next day I contacted Joe and we spoke and he put my worries and anxiety at ease with explaining the process of the legal system and his experiences with my situation. After our conversation I felt confident and assured in Joe and we went forward with him representing me. Mr. Serpa is by far the best criminal defense attorney I have known. I would recommend him countless times. Having him handle my case gave me so much confidence. Joe did an excellent job in representing me before the court. The intended charge on me was immediately and successfully dismissed.Short story - I live in Boston and accidentally discharged my handgun in my bedroom. I chose to self-reported it. The police came and took away my gun, ammo and license to carry. They didn’t arrest me but filed a criminal charge against me.Joe represented me in a very professional manner - The way his interacting with the relevant parties in the court room and the facts/reasoning he articulated both demonstrated how great and experienced he is as a top notch lawyer.I definitely recommend him to any people including, but not limited to people who has troubles with firearms.
