It’s crazy how the store close at 10 pm and by 9:40 they are closing the back door . The security always on the phone and been rude saying that isn’t him closing the door

If I could zero stars I would!!! What do You mean the customer service girl went home early because she was sick so I can’t cash my check???? Why wouldn’t there be a backup employee OR even better A MANAGER to cover CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They suck 😡

The store has been physically improved but the management is still poor. Just left to go to Wegman’s when I got to the checkout and realized although there were 4 employees wandering around in that area, only self serve was open. No cashiers at all

The food here is fresh, I bought a vanilla cake with berries and whip cream icing and some sort of cream at center under berries and my family loved it, asking where I bought it from. Also picked up a couple of other specialty snacks that were a hit. Plus they make the best rotisserie chicken pieces for a good price. The workers here are friendly and efficient at the checkout so I’m never waiting in line forever, and the store is also very clean. Plus they added a Starbucks! My favorite Shaws in the area 🙂

There are always lines here even in the self check out. They keep the store pretty clean! The bathrooms are pretty impressive as well.
They just need to hire more staff for the checkout stands .
The seafood section is pretty nice. I order lobster and sometimes the seafood stuffing is really good.

Special shout-out to Neylani (Lani). She went above and beyond to help me activate a Visa gift card that I thought was already activated. Apparently I had to do an extra step. I had no clue what to do and she graciously helped me. She was also friendly and patient. Her good vibes definitely made my day. Two thumbs up for Lani. Thank you for being so awesome.
