Air pump is broken instead of letting me use shop air complained about not getting money for air. Which in most states by law is free just not enforced.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Attendant this Saturday morning, I went into gas station on the need for gas, and the attendant was detailing his own personal vehicle instead of coming into the store front to Tinder my transaction for gas. He did get out of his vehicle and stop cleaning it to help a man pay for gas in it, which I expressed my grief… Any women old women shouldn’t even frequent this place if we’re gonna be treated in different and or so blatantly disrespectful as a consumer, I would like my hard earned money to be spent for my need with respect and dignity. And Equality. I love the country I was born too
So go ahead and continue to treat people how you want to be treated. One day, he’ll learn Customer Service, the importance of maintaining a business, and nonetheless have an equal respect for women and men!

$4.50 a gallon when the station across the street was $2.75 please explain why you are still in business. I sincerely hope you fail and become street scum.

Staff seem to always be in a poor mood. They consistently display incorrect & misleading gas prices, with differences of at least thirty cents per gallon. Not to mention they charge an arm and a leg for simple fluid changes

Nick and the whole staff are excellent. They do quality work and quickly. They have a road force balancing machine too. Highly recommended.

Expensive but convenient and friendly staff. ATM fee is a low price too which I appreciate. Plus there are other perks at this Shell location.

I am absolutely disappointed and outraged at the unethical and fraudulent business practices that I experienced at this gas station. During my visit this morning, I was shocked to find that I was charged $4.50 per gallon for gas, despite the clearly advertised price of $3.40 per gallon.This is a clear case of conning customers and charging them more than what is advertised. It is an absolute disgrace for any business to engage in such unethical practices. This behavior is unacceptable, and it undermines the trust and loyalty that customers have for your gas station.I was also appalled to see that I was not the only one who experienced this issue.As I was posting my review, I noticed that another customer had already reported the same issue and provided a photo as evidence.I urge customer to not leave without looking at the receipt to make sure that you're not charged more than the advertised pricing.

$86 for a conventional oil change and didn't even replace the service date sticker. What a rip off for unfinished work.
