I know Benjamin Moore paints are the standard for new England, but S-W has excellent paint, great customer service, great variety of items, and is often more convenient. My research says that S-W paints are of the same high quality as Benjamin Moore. So you have a choice!

It seems all stores are closed on sunday. Why you do not update office hours on your website and change the time/date on the paper over the store’s door? Do l have to spend my entire afternoon to visit your stores? I called you nobody picked up the phone. I’m not changing my comment and star unless you update your website.

Very helpful staff. Luckily not a very busy when we stopped by on Friday afternoon. Very nice that there is a dedicated parking lot is this congested area of the city.

I was looking for good paint for my new apartment. I recently moved and in one of the rooms it would be nice to refresh the walls. Fortunately, in this store I found what I needed and at an affordable price. Good assortment and great service!

I bought nearly $400 of paint here yesterday. Most of them worked out but the nice girl behind the register assured me that they could color match Behr colors. Awesome, this saves me a trip to Home Depot after my stop here! Well, I only needed a quart but they were out so I bought a gallon. Unfortunately when I got home and started painting with it, I found that it was a few shades lighter than the color I started with. I can't use it. I called to let the girl know I'd be by today to return the gallon, and she said she would leave a note explaining the issue. Now here I am with the gallon I intend on returning, standing in front of the store's sign which states they are open until 5 PM today and the door is locked. When I called, no one answered. Apparently the stated hours are arbitrary. It was stressful finding out the color match was inaccurate. It's more stressful to show up during normal business hours to find the store closed. Especially because now I need to make another trip over here tomorrow before my 13 hour overnight shift. :-/ I'll be calling in advance to make sure they're open.

The Assistant Manager is was very helpful on our last visit. As novice *exterior* paint buyers we had many questions. He listened to our (rather odd) project description and provided much welcomed information and purchasing guidance.

Based upon a simple paint brush requirement - the associate, Trevor Knowles (sp?), was clearly knowledgeable and calmed my amateur fears of messing up a job.
