I have been attending the i Storage facility in Brighton for the past six years. It has been a pleasure working with Mike, the manager. He went out of his way on several occasions to assist me with my storage solution needs. I highly recommend this facility. Gives one a peace of mind that my belongings were safe.

I didn’t even tell them I just left the unit without a lock. I hadn’t completely cleaned it out still had to do the trash but then they sent a move out receipt so now I’m thinking I can’t get back in to take out the trash. I’ll try but thanks for cleaning up!

We've used 3 different storage facilities Sept. 1 apartment moves in Boston. This facility had the most parking of the 3, making loading and unloading so much less stressful than our other experiences. Neil was very helpful in making the reservation, ensuring our unit was clean, providing carts, and recommending moving assistance.
The only caveat is that carts are only available during office hours, and the office is closed on Sundays (and holidays), which this year coincided with September 1st, when most of the leases in Boston turn over. While we personally were able to make other arrangements, it would be helpful if the office were open at the Brighton facility and carts were accessible on the 8/31-9/1 moving dates.

I'm pleased with the level of security at this place. The staff also let me park a U-Haul in the secured parking area while I was moving. The only downside is that some of the keys on the keypad are sticky and cause false presses.
