Great service when checking in to pick up the car from Dom! He was so nice & helpful & friendly! Gave us lots of options & helped to guide us for the best ones for our trip! Would def rent from Sixt again! If you go to the Boston Logan Airport, rent with Sixt & ask for Dom!

Car renter's BEWARE. I rented a car from them a little over a month ago. I had it for 3 days. $200 reservation turned into a $1000 reservation. They charged me multiple fees, which was normal/fine, but then charged me $650 for a smoking fee and cleaning fee. I never once smoked in the car, nor left it unclean. I've rented cars from all the major companies and this was BY FAR the worst post experience of my life renting a car.

I reserve an x3 a month ago I get to the branch and they give me an x1 that smells like a bunch of cigarettes and tell me to go to the airport for an upgrade I get to the airport and they have more than enough cars Cordell tells me he’s not upgrading me I am a platinum member they wouldn’t even put me in the rite vehicle I’m supposed to be in I was there since 10am and left at 3pm very bad customer service I wouldn’t want anybody to go through what I went through today I will be writing a google review because this is not expectable

This was literally the easiest car rental I’ve ever experienced. Taniushka was so kind and SO helpful as I forgot to bring the original card I booked with, so she was able to get us straightened out and on our way in fewer than five minutes. Seriously, I’ll use them any time I need a rental. Thanks Taniushka!

A total disaster. They gave me a car in NY that was very different from the one offered. A much smaller SUV. Then when I returned the vehicle in Boston they charged me more than 250 dollars for cleaning for returning it excessively dirty. The photos only showed two disposable cups and a napkin plus the usual dust that sticks on shoes. I have been renting cars for more than 30 years from different companies including Sixt itself. I have never had an experience even remotely similar. A simple looting. So I have decided never to contract with them again.

I rent very frequently from SIXT across various countries and have been to the Boston branch a couple of times. Amongst all of the branches I have been to, the experience and service here have been the best by a far margin, only because of the leadership team. One of my earlier rentals here were handled by the duty manager Scott, who took great care of myself and family. I recently went back due to a mind-numbing trainwreck disaster of an issue with my rental from the Westin Hotel branch, which was caused by the severe incompetency of the Orlando airport branch. Though it had absoultely nothing to do with this branch, Farley - the senior manager - took the time to hear me out and went up and beyond to swap out the car for me to a much better one, and applied an additional discount to the rental. Despite being quite busy, he was an absolute gentleman, personally walking me all the way through the entire process and ensuring that things were done right. He also managed to sort this incredibly quickly, whereas at other branches, I once had to wait up to 4-5 hours to get a car. If you rent from this branch, rest assured that you are well taken care of. It takes a certain skill that only very few posses to turn a disgruntled and enraged customer like I was into a very happy one. It is customer service of that elevated level that Farley and Scott offer that will keep me coming back to this branch. Also, a big shoutout to Roman, who handles car returns. He has a great friendly personality and is the only car rental staff I have ever encountered who takes the initiative to offload my luggage from the car - such first class service!

This is my first time using Sixt! And I am unbelievable grateful for this company! Specially the team who works at Boston Airport! Long history short. My daughter miss really important paper. And the manager Manju Kaushal help us with all the process, she found out wher those documents were, mailed to me, walking me through the process how I can do it. Even check with me every step. For sure I will use this company again and again, and I will share my experience with my friends and encourage them to use this company! Thank you so much.

Never again!! I rented a car for 4 days. I arrived to the airport super late because of delay with AA. I called multiple times and emailed to ensure someone would be to get the car since i'd be arriving at 1am. While I did get the car, THE AGENT, told me I could go on down and get the keys from security. I walked all the way down, then security told me that I had to go back upstairs with all my freaking luggage in the cold at 1am. I went back, the agent was gone and couldn't find anyone for 5 min. Then he came out from behind some doors and told him security said the computers are off and he couldn't get the keys. He wrote something on some paper and gave it to me. At no point from when I called customer services (called at least 10x and expedia called on my behalf too) or the gate agent informed me of their predatory toll policy. Mass has a cashless system, therefore, I couldn't pull up and pay the toll. They bill by the license plate. I received a freaking bill for $40.77 and my toll fee was only $10.80. They charged me 29.97 for having no choice but to go through the toll. Had this information been given to me, maybe I could have found another way around, but that wasn't the case. I was on toll toad from the airport and on the way to the airport. This is a trash greedy company that has predatory business practices. It doesn't cost a dime to pay mass the $10.80 that I incur while having no choice on cashless tolls. It's one thing if they charged me 1x fee of 9.99 but 29.97 is ridiculous. It is not like they are paying the toll service more than once. If I could give it a zero, I would. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
