Fantastic independent store. We came across it by accident walking around Boston and I needed my engagement ring prongs tightened. They done a fantastic job, I’ll definitely be coming back to them for future maintenance!

Went to the shop to ask for advice on my engagement ring that seemed loose. He graciously looked it over, gave great informative feedback and tightened the prong on the spot. Will go back if I ever need any adjustments, alterations or possibly new pieces. The location is also in an adorable historic building!

Wonderful experience and excellent result. Spencer and Eugene helped me design a beautiful custom engagement ring. They explained every step from initial design, computer images, 3d model, and finishing touches on final product. Highly recommend can't thank them enough, my fiancé loves it!!
