An otherwise good store, the post-sale followup service is non-existent. On a visit to Boston from our home in New Zealand, my daughter and I both bought a pair of sneakers from them. My daughter didn't open her box until we returned home, only to discover that the store had packed two right-foot sneakers. We made contact and were told the store was aware of the mixup and had been waiting for our call. They assured us the correct foot was on its way and I suggested a pre-paid return envelope be included so we could return the spare shoe. 6 weeks and nothing. A repeat call and again we were assured the correct shoe was on its way, although no tracking number was given despite being asked for. Three months now and nothing, and calls go unanswered at the Boston store, as do emails to the generic email on their website. The one call that was answered was immediately disconnected when I mentioned I was from New Zealand. I then spoke to the Rhode Island store and was told to call back to speak with the person who looked after online orders as it was their responsibility for this kind of fulfillment. I have now made several attempts to call the Rhode Island store, and again they go unanswered. I get the postage to New Zealand is expensive and can only figure that they thought sending the replacement shoe is going to cost more than they would have made from the initial sale. If so, and I have no reason to think it could be anything else since they won't respond to my attempts at contact, it's a despicable attitude and very disappointing for my daughter. You guys suck.

Showed up 10 minutes before opening, wasn’t open (we figured). Walked around for 45-60 minutes to kill time. Came back to the store, and they still were not open. If you have hours listed on your google maps page… maybe make sure it’s actually open at those times

I’m a little upset with this store I ordered a pair of sneakers I ordered a size 8 thinking they were in women’s.... I realized the sizing when I got the confirmation email ... so when it got shipped to my house I never even opened the box knowing the size wouldent be right I called the store the owner said he couldent do anything at all not store credit nothing ... so then after thinking I thought I could give them to my brother in law for Xmas . But I would need to get the size 9 which they still had so I called saying if I could just swap out same exact shoe same color just change the sizes and was told absolutely not..,, I never heard of somewhere saying know for you just exchanging something on a size... I bought something from your store where’s some decentcy to the customers around Christmas time ..

This place sucks the Boston location is horrible! They don’t sell Nike’s at this location, also they lie about sales items being in the store just so they can get an extra $13 dollars for shipping. Pathetic! I wouldn’t recommend they place to nobody.

Man these guys got an awesome selection of shoes and the prices are a bit up these, but still somewhat reasonable. And they have a top notch staff working for them, so the experience is always a pleasure.

I visit this store every time I'm in beantown. Great selection of local hype clothes and sneakers. The staff are cool and the store is set up awesome... like a thrown room.
