Their speakers become unreliable after the returns period ends, then you are given corporate speak for tough luck in support requests.

Sad that our large system is being phased out and the support team doesn’t want to help. Our home is filled with Sonos speakers and they will be electronic garbage soon, unless we take the 30% offer to upgrade. I guess we should have stuck with Bose.

Very disappointed by Sonos' planned obsolescence of the Play 5. As an owner of two Gen 1 Play 5s (which I use everyday, BTW), I feel insulted and betrayed (sorry for drama) by Sonos' discontinuation of software updates and the likelihood that my speakers will soon become useless.
