Negative stars. The hardware is great but the software is the worst product I've ever used in my life. Not even my Computer Science degree could save me from this junk. Sonos should be ashamed of themselves.

Avoid Sonos products at all cost. Although the early hardware was promising (Play 1), the software was eventually ruined by incompetence at managerial levels. It continues to be defective as of writing (09/2025). They can never seem to fix anything and put out buggy software. Very unfortunate.

your new software sucks, your CEO's apology is insincere and your priorities are no longer the customer and the music. You must think we're stupid.
