SoulCycle BKBY is a solid spin studio in Back Bay with a clean facility and friendly front desk staff. The class format is perfect for a great workout with energetic instructors who encourage the class. The studio has nice small touches like candles, changes in lighting, and a bathroom stocked with various items. However, some feel it falls apart with the instructors, noting no real program and that being an instructor seemed more about social media promotion. Also, after your first class, you must pay to rent shoes, which is a disappointment. Overall, it is a pretty much on par spin studio that provides a great way to start the day.
Visiting from Florida and the staff and instructor were so great!!!!! Very clean and loved the experience!

Was in town for work and dropped in for a 6 AM with Kara. Great way to start the day. Class format was perfect and Kara was welcoming, had great energy, and encouraged the class along the way. Highly recommend!

Solid SoulCycle facility in Back Bay. Front desk staff was nice. But it seemed to fall apart with the instructors. No real program, felt like being an instructor was more to promote their social media, just not that enjoyable compared to other sites.
