I came to pump the gas on July 8th, 2025 at 9:45PM at the Speedway in Allston and the nozzle was not working. I asked for help. The black cashier came out with bad attitudes. He was so rude and terrible. He yelled me. He has terrible customer services. He also threatened to beat me up. He needs to get fired. Unacceptable and unpro.

If your gas station is not 24 hours, change your hours of operation to reflect the actual hours. It is frustrating to drive across town based on false information. This is false advertising!

So almost a year later and the hours listed still say 24hrs??? Outrageous. I stopped by the other night, Friday night shortly before midnight running on Empty thought it was the only place open, mind you I haven't lived in Allston nor been there for years so I assumed it would be the only place open , nope! I was able to make it to citgo in jp but man!! Talk about a bad rap! That sweedway will not be around for long mark my words. At least CHANGE your posted hours so you dont go out of business. Allston sucks.

Yet another example of google maps saying a gas station or store is open 24 hours when it is not. I was here on a friday morning at 3:30 am and it's locked up tight.
Whatever process is being used to verify the hours of stores is not working for 24 hour establishments
Don't be fooled by the photo. It makes it look like the store is lit up and open, but it's not. Those are just reflections from the street lights. The store is locked up tight, all the lights are off, and the pumps are shut off.

BEWARE of CONTAMINATED GAS this station sells !!!! My daughter stopped to fill up our 2017 Honda CRV on May 8th, drove 2 miles locally that day and next morning got on a highway, but in about 30 mins engine gave out and car had to be towed to Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough, where fuel tank had to be cleaned, fuel lines had to be cleared and the cost of that was $1200. I filled the claim with company but they stated it is not their fault as gas is checked daily and refuse to reimburse. PLEASE COMMENT if you HAD SAME SITUATION with them, as I am trying to collect other cases like mine to have more leverage to take them to court

BE WARNED! This gas station sells contaminated fuel !!! Filled up my CRV 2 weeks ago before getting on highway and within 30 mins engine gave out, had to tow car to nearest Honda dealership where whole gas tank had to me removed, cleaned, fuel lines flushed and $1200 bill paid before getting back in a car. Friend had same experience there some time ago with BMW which resulted in even higher bill .

I have been a loyal customer of this gas station for over 25 years, but my recent experience left me utterly disappointed. This morning, as I attempted to pump gas amidst freezing temperatures and a foot of snow, I encountered a malfunctioning machine that wouldn’t accept my zip code. Frustrated but hopeful for a solution, I entered the store to ask for assistance.
To my dismay, instead of receiving help, I was met with hostility from the attendant. Despite my polite inquiry about inputting the zip code manually from her end due to the machine’s malfunction, she responded with unnecessary yelling and a dismissive attitude. Her refusal to provide even basic assistance was bewildering and disrespectful.
Furthermore, this incident is not an isolated one. Over the past six months, the gas station consistently fails to stock paper for receipts, forcing customers like myself to repeatedly ask for receipts inside. Each time I inquire about the paper shortage, I am met with the excuse that they are “working on it,” yet no tangible progress is ever made.
The culmination of these experiences has led me to the conclusion that I will never patronize this establishment again. The lack of basic customer service, coupled with ongoing issues with equipment maintenance, makes it abundantly clear that this gas station does not value its customers. I urge others to avoid this establishment and seek service elsewhere.

Bathroom is "out of service" more than a month. It's a lack of respect with clients, specially us who relies on this gas station as a pit stop.
