I've been here the last 2 weekends. The store is clean, lot is clean, barrels empty. A pleasant experience. Went inside and bought a drink. Friendly staff !

Tried to buy gas. Issues with app. Couldn't void my sale at the pump despite trying numerous times so I left. Someone else pulled in after I left got $25 of gas on my credit card. Called the store and cashier was useless and unable to communicate with me. Customer service 1800 # is closed. Avoid.

Today is Fri Dec 14th. I went into this Speedway today. While there I informed the cashier that the soda machine was not working. This was appro 1-2 pm. She informed me in a very rude manner that she just got in and really didn't care. I was only trying to help. Her customer service scale from 0-10 was, in my opinion, a -0. By the way I am a loyal Speedway rewards customer.

I stopped here on Saturday morning on my way back to the airport. Needed gas, but the pumps outside kept canceling the sale. When I finally went inside for assistance, the clerk spoke to me from the back rather than come out to the counter. She didn't offer assistance just said the pumps were broken "since last night " and told me there were other gas stations. I do not live in the area, but will definitely never return if I am visiting.
