The staff at this store, including Frank, Melinda, and Ray, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond when I got duped by another T-mobile store in another state. I broke my iPhone and had to get a inexpensive replacement until I could fix the iPhone. Another T-Mobile store (in FL) sold me the phone in such a way that I could not return it, despite telling me that I could. The manager at this T-Mobile store, Frank, called his supervisor to see what they could do to resolve my situation and they were able to credit my account since they couldn't refund the phone directly. I believe they are even investigating the other T-mobile store that pulled this scam so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I appreciated their commitment to solving my issue. I'll definitely be back.

I visited this T-Mobile store earlier today and I must say I left feeling incredibly frustrated. The guy at the desk was not only unhelpful but also seemed disinterested in assisting me. I had several questions about their services, and it felt like I was met with vague, one-word answers. The lack of clarity and the overall rudeness of the sales associate left me with a poor impression of the store's customer service. It's pretty disappointing when you walk into a store looking for assistance, and you get the opposite. Beware of the service here!

You’d think with such a busy location they’d have more staff. Unfortunately just two reps with extremely unfriendly demeanors that greeted nobody walking in. There also seems to be no sign in like I’ve seen at other stores.

Watch out! FRAUD! Avoid by any means!! their sales personnel will sign you up for services you did not order. afterwards no chance to get all your money back! I went in early August to get a prepaid plan for a month and getting information for a family plan for the future. they charged me 35 USD telling me that was for the month of prepaid services. 27 days later I received a bill of 260+ USD and found out they signed me up for their premium plan, 35 USD was only their activation fee AND the family plan with 4 additional numbers without my permission or even telling me! After 70 minutes of discussion in the store they would cancel the fee for the family plan (as I had not used the numbers because they were never revealed to me and I had not yet paid), but not their premium plan and they charged an additional 5 USD because I had not signed up for Autopay. So I ended up paying for 1 month of service for one line 125 USD (35 activation + 90 for their "premium" product)!!!I'm sure that this is not the first time they try to do this and if s.o. does not insist on waiving the fee or had set up autopay, they would have kept the whole amount!

I recently had an experience at T-Mobile that truly stood out, thanks to Mr. Lindon and his manager.I came in with a complex issue that had stumped even the folks at Verizon, but Lindon approached it with unparalleled professionalism, patience, and dedication. We worked together for 3 hours, and throughout that time, his commitment to resolving my issue never wavered.Also I noticed that Mr.Lindon was the only staff member who proactively welcomed every customer who stepped into the store, which shows ownership, contentiousness, and customer obsession.Individuals like Lindon, who demonstrate such a high level of professionalism, patience, and dedication to customer service, are truly assets to any company. With such qualities, there's no doubt that he's on a trajectory towards a bright and successful future in his career. Great job!!

Awful experience. Avoid this store.On 5/10 walked in to open two lines for myself and my wife. It turns out the salesman decided to activate three lines under my name!!!We learned about this only when we got the bill. We went to the store to sort it out. Asked the store manager to refunded $35 “activation fee” for the SIM card we never had. Her reaction was priceless!!! “We don’t issue refunds”.

Manger charged my card for a merchandise and told me I had to wait two days until it clears . She was very nasty and rude and when I asked why gave me an attitude while explaining the answer . Do not recommend this store

Extremely rude service. My phone stopped working because the new SIM card is not compatible with the phone. I asked for an offer I had agreed to to be applied and they refused. The manager lady hung up on me. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. This is how they treat a customer thru had for 22 years.

Rudest staff experiences I've ever had. T-mobile prices are good but if you want a reliable mobile service with extra perks like a functional mobile app, easily accessible and helpful customer support, then reconsider other options. As for this store in particular, the staff were especially rude, to the point where I decided on the spot it wasn't worth the cheap prices anymore.
