Looks like the girl was annoyed from the register told her the printer had a paper jam and she said she was going to get help and feel like she didn’t wanted to do it and I waited almost about 30 minutes worst service ever. Still waiting and she doesn’t ask me anything say if someone helped me yet she just on her phone.

This is the closest location near my job. Its small, clean, overpriced on some items, its always different staff-- usually helpful. Located in Govermemt Ctr near State Street, Haymarket and Green line stations. I love using my old school Staples card to scan at checkout.I stopped in on Wednesday to grab a few office supplies, and also found some earplugs for travel :) The last time I was in this location was for my TSA precheck last year. It was a quick simple process and I got my info within a day or two.

Friendly and helpful service. Shipped out a package for me, and laminated two small posters for cheap. Was very thorough, walked me through the lamination process with examples to make sure I was satisfied.

Went to get TSA pre-check and the female employee seemed annoyed that I was even there. Showed her my identification requirements that were told to me by email and I told her the email said differently. She took that to mean I was arguing with her and gave me a lot of attitude. Do better.

My wife went for the in-person portion of TSA Precheck and brought all the necessary documents. The female employee wouldn’t approve her for the next step because her maiden name is still on her license, even though she brought the marriage certificate and the website said that would work. She was also extremely rude to my wife. I don’t often leave reviews, but please start treating people with at least an ounce of respect.
