Printing manager didn’t allow me to re print my flier, after I waited 25 minutes for the supervisor to come back from their break. An employee guaranteed me they would do something to help me and told me to wait. Unkind business. Will not be coming back.

This is one of the worst Staples I have ever been to. I’ve been there 4-5x and every time my experience is the same.
Solution shop associates at this site will look at you and walk right past you. Luckily, John the solutions manager has the integrity to walk over and assist me otherwise I would’ve been waiting another 10 to 15 minutes.
I don’t recommend this site.

Don’t come here for a walk in for TSA pre check even though it says online you can. They are extremely unhelpful and will just send you away unless you have appointment even though nobody is there and your appointment was cancelled by them. Will not even make an attempt to assist you.
