I understand that they were short one staff member and it showed. I waited a long time for my drink. The staff was very friendly and helpful though and if I'm back in the area again I would come here.

Hello, I am writing this review to thank Hayden and Tosh for giving me an excellent customer service experience last night! It was 5 minutes to closing and they still attended to me with such care and upbeat attitude! I really appreciated that and I hope the managers take this into consideration.

Savannah is such the sweetest soul ever! She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that us as customers feel welcome and satisfied with their experience. Her attention to detail and ability to multitask during peak hours is very impressive. Will be coming back again. Thank you :)

I hope this is the right one..this is location is the one in between the Westin and Copley Mall. Came in said hello to the barista she didn't even acknowledge me. She looked mean! The gurl at the register was nice made an amazing drink but then when it came to pay she said just hit the button..I knew there is an option to decline a tip but the machine was blank. So I leave and looked at my receipt! They added the tip for themselves! I know a lot of ppl have been complaining about this but this is the first time I had no choice! Shame on them

I come here everyday and unfortunately, since returning from the pandemic shut down, the customer service here is non existent. The staff are extremely slow and get quite rude when you try to follow up on a mobile order from 30 minutes ago. I wonder if they changed ownership

I'm so disappointed, I'm from Seattle so maybe I should've expected less but I figured Starbucks is a chain so they more or less are the same everywhere. I asked for a vanilla steamed soy milk in remembrance of my departed father who used to make me these when I was a kid, and they didn't know what I was ordering and brought over the manager. I told them I could order something else if they didn't know it, but they found the button on the cash register and charged me. Turns out I just got warm cows milk, which was neither flavored nor plant-based as requested. They were too busy to get their attention after the mistake happened, so just had to toss it. Bummer on top of a bummer day.

This Starbucks is just like the dozens of other Starbucks that I have patronized over the past 30 years. Same options in both food and coffee. I think it would be great if Starbucks in each geographical offered something specific to their region, other than a coffee mug. For example, since this Buxes is in Boston, perhaps canolli as a regional item, or in Portland Maine perhaps a Whoopie Pie..

I rate this place a 2 out of 5 the place was nice and clean and the drink was amazing but there was something that i didn't like i'm black im from cabo verde and when i was ordering my drink the worker asked what my name was and i said Edward when she was making my drink i was next to the counter because all the tables were filled when she finished making my drink she said monkey and she handed me my drink and i gave her a who do you think your calling that look and she said go away n word go back to your country i was angry and just left because no would believe me
