Usually never an issue, this morning had to go back to the deli 3 times, never got my turkey. The first time not open yet okay, second time said he’d be right back - took longer than 10 minutes, the third time he literally walked from behind the counter said I will be right back so he could put one loaf of bread back on the shelf, such bad customer service, he should have e taken care of me since he SAW ME 3 times. Shame shame shame on you deli man.

I want to thank this young African young man so much who was working on Monday February 21, 2021 at the dairy department I believe his name is Edson he was very polite and very helpful he took his time to look for this type of yogurt I been looking for, I been everywhere looking for this type of yogurt specially this specific favor that I eat, May God bless him and protect him always the young man that help me, I love shopping at this Stop and Shop in Hyde Park it’s nice and clean.

Zero stars for a zero experience. Whoever the little girl is with Down syndrome that bags the groceries, is rude. Very rude. No I will not use her impairment as an excuse for her behavior, (because that wouldn’t be fair to do right? Her impairment did not stop her from getting her job.) i am going to base it solely on the color of my skin. That is the reason she was rude and unprofessional. Whoever her manager is, tell her that when someone says thank you, the proper response is 1) to SPEAK and 2) say you’re welcome.

It's the closest grocery store to my house.It usually has everything that I'm shopping for. It would be better if it had a prepared food dept. that has hot food.

This is my go-to stop and shop because it's closest to where I live. I always find good to excellent food items, and the staff is always friendly, courteous and helpful. I'm sorry to see a few folks leaving critical reviews, so as a regular customer that comes to the store at least once a week, I just wanted to share my experience and appreciation for staff and management.
